Tren/Ergo/SD 8 week pulse cycle

What's up guys? After talking alot with Dr.D we came up with a really good 8 week pulse cycle using 3 different oral PH's.

Cycle:
Mega TRN: weeks 1-4 @ 4-6 mg 1hr Pre-Workout.
ErgoMax-LMG: weeks 4-8 @ 20-30mg 1 hr Pre-Workout
Superdrol: weeks 1-8 weeks @ 20-30mg postworkout

Off Days:
HDX2
Retain 2
Now Liver Detox
I will not have these for the first few weeks. Dr.D said it should not be a problem

I will workout 4 days a week and pulse 3 days.

Workout:
Monday: Chest
Wed: Back/Traps
Friday: Arms
Sat: Legs/Shoulders

Prior PH use:
Andro back in the day lol
Halodrol-50/O-E
Hemadrol/Propadrol

I figured this is the best way to use more PH's safely. I have done 4 logs @ discount anabolics. I update everyday unless I have something come up. I post the workouts for the day and neg and positive effects.

Hope everyone follows and feedback and critics are welcomed.

Yes, peculiar indeed. UNC is on the brink of discovery in virtually uncharted territory. He is the first I know to do this particular combo pulse! Sorry for the drama, I always get excited about such things. :) These are common choices in ph's these days so the data will be quite useful I think.

wait....... what? tren is TRN?
Generic Labz Mega-TRN is tren. I also have Kilosports Trenadrol on hand. I like the doses for TRN better since they are @ 2mg.

really?! so there is trenbolone acetate in it?
If I am not mistaken both are precursors to it. Voodoo the Kilo rep would know for sure. I have read great stuff on both.

No - it's not tren ace nor is it a precursor from what I know. It's some triene something molecule.

I didn't see much from the combo of TRN and TST.

Help me out JMH, whats the difference between these 3:

19-Norandrosta-4, 9 diene-3-,17-dione: FiniGenX Magnum

17b-methoxy-trienbolone: Trenadrol also Mega TRN

Estra-4, 9-diene-3, 17-dione: TrenaPLEX

Now I can how close Fini and Trena Plex are. Also I have read that Trenaplex was very weak.

Day 1 4mg TRN Pre-Workout 20mg of superdrol Postworkout

My numbers were down some since I did take a 3 week break from the gym. Vacation, Overtime and what not.

Chest:
Incline Bench: 4 sets up 225lbs for 8 reps
DB Flat Bench: 4 sets of 100 for 15 reps
Incline Flyes: 4 sets of 55lbs for 12 reps
Dips: 4 sets of BW for 8-10 reps

I went a lighter today just trying to back in the swing of things.

Notes:
Nothing much 1st day.
Pumps were good strength and energy didn't kick in til about halfway thru.

IMO you should get this stuff with the quickness. Also RPM or maybe bulk Icariin (Horny Goat Weed) powder could help on off days too.

Watch out for hardcore hypo. :blink:

Thanks for chiming in SS. Yeah I thought I was going to have to wait a little longer for my extra supplements but I will be ordering them at the end of the week.

Hopefully the hypo won't be to bad.

Today will be day 2 of dosing I will post back later with results from the workout.

I had to take a day off from work. I had a really really crazy day I will not get into that though. Tweaked my wrist a little on the bag too no big deal.

Day 3 dose day 2 4mg TRN and 20 mg Superdrol

Back & Shoulders

Back Workout:
Rack Deadlifts: 5 sets up 505lbs for 5 reps These felt real good.
Wide Grip Pullups: 5 sets of BW for 8, 7, 7, 7, 6
Barbell Rows: 4 sets up 245lbs for 8 reps
HS Pulldowns: 3 sets of 3 plates for 8 reps then drop setted to 1 plate for 15reps

Shoulders:
Smith Press: 4 sets of 225lbs for 9 reps
Lat and Rear Raise: 4 sets of 20 for 12 reps each supersetted

Traps:
Barbell Shurgs: 4 sets up 405lbs for 9 reps
supersetted
Behind the back Shurgs: 4 sets up 315lbs for 7 reps

Then drop setted to failure.

Great workout one of the best that I have had. Pumps were sick. I think I will stick with shoulders and back. I forgot how good that felt.

Notes: Sick Pumps, strength going up some.

Neg Notes: Had a headache the last 2 days I believe its from Stress and DOMS I could be wrong but usually with DOMS thats how I feel.

Off Day.

I am thinking about pulsing it 4 days a week. Waiting on a response from Dr.D.

Cardio: Bag work and plyometrics.

Notes:

I feel really pumped and hard. Odd cause I usually don't feel like that the next day.

Started taking zantac to see if it helps with the nausea that I have been getting towards the end of my workouts. I feel good but during the sets I feel like gagging.

Let me start by saying why didn't anyone tell me about these freaking pumps

Arms: Supersets

DB Curls: 4 sets of 60lbs for 8 reps.
Tri OH Ext: 4 sets of 100lbs for 11 reps

Cable Preacher: 4 sets of 150lbs for 12 reps
OH Cable Ext 4 sets up to 170lbs for 7 reps

Seated Hammers: 4 sets of 55lbs for 10 reps
Rev Grip Bench: 4 sets up 225lbs for 8 reps

Cable Curls: 4 sets of 150lbs for 12 reps then drop set the whole stack
Rope Pushdowns: 4 sets of 130lbs for 10 reps then drop set the whole stack

Notes:

Insane pumps, I always get good pumps but this was a whole nother ballgame.
Strength holding steady getting a few more reps.
Feeling pumped most of the day and harder.

I didn't get to workout yesterday nor today so I will be doing Chest monday and catching up on legs thursday.

Things should start getting real interesting. Hopefully lol.

I have run into a problem and need some advice. I am going to have to get this wisdom tooth cut out asap! Prob friday or sometime next week. Now should I continue the pulse cycle? Hopefully if I get it pulled I can use the weekend to recover and should not have any problems.

Would these compounds cause any issuses while going under the knife?

No, it will actually help your gums heal faster on an androgen. I had 2 of mine cut out (actually 'crunched' out with pliers!) on cycle. Only hurt for a few days and bleeding wasn't too bad. Healed super fast and didn't even take my painkillers. I was tough in my 20's, like a real man! I wish I had some Vicoden now though, lol.

I almost spit out my drink after reading that. I didn't get to the gym today, I got 0 sleep and the pain was insane. It feels alot better now. I will take ur advice and continue on and I am glad u saw this and posted.

Flat Bench Press: 4 sets up 315lbs for 5 reps
DB Incline: 4 sets up 95lbs for 8 reps
Incline Flyes: 4 sets of 55lbs for 12 reps
Flat Flyes: 4 sets of 55lbs for 12 reps
Those were supersetted

Pushups: 2 sets to failure

Great workout! Awesome pump, I really felt dialed in.

Notes;
Strength still going up
Pumps were awesome
Libido is up

Neg Notes:
Felt slightly dehydrated but I expected that I had a couple of Dr.Peppers

Shoulders:
Smith press: 4 sets up 235lbs for 5 reps
Lat Raise: 4 sets of 30lbs for 8 reps the drop sets
Incline Rear raise: 4 sets of 20lbs for 10 reps

Really good workout tonight.

Notes:

Slight Increase in Libido
Sick Pumps

Neg Effects:
Acne is flaring up big time on my arms and a few on my legs.
Body temp is up. Sweating more than ever during workouts
Pumps kinda hindering workouts.

Barbell Curls: 4 sets of 95 for 10 reps then 1 set of cheat curls 135lbs for 5 reps
Rope pushdowns: 4 sets 150lbs for 12 reps

Wrist curls: 4 sets of 65lbs for 100 reps. Not all at once lol.

Pretty good workout today.

Pumps are great still

I said I was going to add restore but I am going with the new advanced PCT/Retain 2. I wanted to try the PCT out.

i am curious as to why you went with a 4th day of pulsing, seems it puts you ON more than OFF ; at that point , why not just run it straight through?

That's the rules. Not less than 3 days, not more than 4 days.

Well good point. With 4 days u don't have to go as high of dose as 3 days. As long as u have a few days off from the PH's u can still prevent sides and shutdown. Dr.D correct me if I am wrong. As D said its the rules lol.

If a hormone thats known for some hair loss like lets say phera plex or havoc is pulsed for about 5 weeks would hair loss be minimal, reduced or would it be the same as if you ran it straight for 4 weeks.

Reduced expose/dose = reduced risk. It applies to all sides. Even if toxicity still develops is some area (acne for example) severity or degree will usually be reduced necessarily.

Funny u should ask that. I wasn't going too, but I am going to get one just in case. Hopefully if everything goes as planned I want have any issues with shutdown and other sides. I wasn't going to run a PCT but I just might anyways with Tore/Cycle Support and the Mass Stack. It really depends on how everything goes.

IMO Torem couldn't hurt. You might have some side effects such as painful swollen buffalo juevos and giant Peter North sized spooges!

Pulse day 7 6mg of TRN 20mg of Superdrol

Today was one of the worst days that I have had in the gym.

Legs:

Squats: 4 sets up to 315 for 8 reps
Leg Press: 4 sets up 9 plates on each side for 7 reps
Leg Ext: 4 sets of 180lbs for 12 reps
SLDL: 4 sets of 225 for 8 reps

Calves:
Seated Calve raise: 4 sets of 3 45;s for 100reps (not all at once)

Notes:
Strength sucked today, not the PH's just hate doing legs
Body Temp was up big time, I will start using Voodoo's cooling method Tues.
Heart was raceing alot during the workout, some lightheadedness occured with it.

I must say tonight's workout was great.

Back:
Rack Deads: 6 sets up 495lbs for 5 reps. I little lower than last time.
BB Rows: 6 sets up 275lbs for 7 reps.
HS Pulldowns: 4 sets of 3 plates on each for 7 reps
supersetted
Machine Rows: 4 sets of 180lbs for 10 reps

Traps:
Barbell Shurgs: 5 sets up to 405lbs for 8 reps
supersetted
Behind the back shurgs: 5 sets of 225lbs for 10 reps

Forearms:
Hammer Curls: 5 sets of 60lbs for 10 reps I did 90lbs just for the hell of it I got 3 reps

Wrist Curls: 5 sets of 75lbs of 50 rest pause style.

Notes:
Strength was better on some lifts
Pumps were great and they didn't hinder my workout
Slight Aggression.
Nice viens in the arms and right shoulder
Sex drive is way up!!!!

I don't know why I posted a workout sched cause I am always changing things up.

Chest & Biceps

Incline Flyes: 5 sets of 65lb for 9 reps
Flat DB Bench: 5 sets of 100lbs for 8 reps. Down 15lbs
HS Press: 4 sets of 4 plates on each side for 9 reps
Peck Deck: 4 sets of 120lbs for 15 reps

Biceps:
Barbell Curls: 5 sets of 115lbs for 10 reps
Cable Preacher: 4 sets of 150lbs then a drop set to the bottom of the stack
Standing DB curls: 3 sets of 55 for 8 reps then down the rack to failure

Workout was ok. Weights are up and down. So numbers were higher while others are lower. Having some issues with feeling like I am going to puke. My workouts have been heavier and more intense in past without this feeling. Any ideas? Dr.D? I have been taking Papaya before and it has helped to some degree.

Notes:
Libido is up big time!!!
Very nice pumps
Strength was up and down. Could be due to the workout.
Acne coming and going. Nothing major.
Joints are hurting a little.

I get that way if I take too many adrenergics pre-w/o or don't give enough time in between sets. I comes and goes but hasn't really been a steady issue in years. The papain is a good idea but make sure you take enough to help, also a little base like a Tums w/ simethicone can help. I take an acidophylus cap every morning too, that's always a good long term plan from duodenal health.

I will be hitting the gym tomorrow. My wife's grandfather passed away thursday night so thats what I have been dealing with the last few days. Everything will be back on track tomorrow

Legs: I really felt like doing them today lol.
Front Squats: 5 sets up 285lbs for 5 reps
Leg Press: 4 sets up 9 plates on each side for 7 reps
SLDL: 4 sets up to 255lbs for 8 reps
Leg Ext.: 4 sets up 200lbs for 9 reps then drop sets
Seated Leg Curl: 4 sets of 180lbs for 9 reps

Standing Calf Raise: 4 sets of 315lbs for 7 reps then drop set to failure

Day 10 Chest

Flat Bench Press: 4 sets up 335lbs for 3 reps PR!
Incline Flyes: 4 sets of 65lbs for 9 reps
Dips: 4 sets of BW plus 25lbs for 6 reps then 1 set of BW for 12
Flat Flyes: 4 sets of 80lbs for 10 reps
supersetted
Cable Crossover: 4 sets of 70lbs for 10 reps

Great works. Today my damn tooth started to kill me again but the pain subsided fast. Keeping it clean helps with the pain.

Notes:
Strength going up!
Endurance is up
Libido still going strong
Harder and fuller
I have some crazy veins popping up, including 3 on my right shoulder while working out

Sides:
Minor aches and pains
A little bit of acne on the shoulders nothing major.

BP is fine!

Bench Dips: BW 3 sets to failure

Strength going up deadlifts are stuck.
Great Hardness
Great Vasculrity(sp)
Libido still strong

Sides:
Acne about the same.
Tweaked my back but not back pumps.
Joints are feeling better.

Weight as of tonight 244lbs + 9lbs I think the scales are off at the gym. I will go to my aunts office at weigh.
