I had the chance to try This combination of pre & post workout Protein nutrition system and for this review I can state that this is an awesome combo.. I gained Mass and strengh. The pre-workout is verry good in a way that you will feel energized right away and put on more weight. The post workout give you instant rebuild wich give you lest recup time so the next gym day dosen't hurt.
