Supplement history. I've used just about everything you can think of. ALRI, USP, Anabolic Innovations, Nimbus, Desinger Supps., Scivation, BSN are some of my favorites and if I left someone out I'm sorry.
AAS history. I've been off for about months and do 1-2 cycles a year and have for the last 4 years or so.

Overall the workout was pretty damn good. I actually felt WAY more pumped then I had in awhile and looked it too. IMO it's to early to say much but I will comment that my endurance was WAY WAY WAY up. BTW I just stopped taking AP for the first time in about 5-6 months.
