  2. First I would like to thank Uhockey and Designer Supplements for choosing me as a N.O. Limits tester!

    This is the planned setup for now. It might change a little.

    Diet:

    • I usually write down what I eat daily, but sometimes I can not keep up with it. I have a pretty bland diet of the same things daily.
      If you have any questions dealing with a little more detail here feel free to ask. Otherwise I will just be posting my daily totals.
    • I am usually falling somewhere between 3300-3900 cals/310-370g. carbs/60-80g. fat/350-400g Protein a day.
    • 1-2 gallons of Water a day

Since then I have messed around with lifting on and off with no real goals in mind, just to stay in shape. About 6 months ago I dedicated myself a little more to transforming my body to the look I've been talking about acheiving for the past 10 years.

    Today's Thoughts

    Today's workout was better then I expected. I had just gotten over the flu on Saturday so I assumed my strength would be down.
    I took my dose of N.O. Limits about 6:30am on a empty stomach. 20 min. later I started feeling the pump while doing things around the house before I left for the gym.
    I immediately felt everything getting pumped right in to my workout. It was great. Usually I get a pretty decent pump when I lift. Mainly in the targeted muscle group being worked, but today everything seemed to be pumped.. This is the reason I like NO products. It makes you look huge, therefore when you see yourself transform in the mirrors, there is no better motivation. I can't wait to see how the rest of my time on N.O. Limits plays out!

    Today's Thoughts:

    I thought today was going to be another mediocre day due to the fact I only got 4 hours of sleep and then had to do 5 hours of lifting packages and running around at work. I am HAPPY to say today was far from mediocre!
    I took N.O. LIMITS 45 min before my workout and once again the pumps were immediate. I started my warm up with some push ups and pull ups. The way I was swole it seemed like I had done a full workout already. I figured that would be it. It was crazy! By the time I was half way through my workout my back looked too wide. Talk about motivation!! I just wanted to keep lifting to see how big I could really get. This is just my second time using N.O. LIMITS and I'm loving this stuff! Today I had another regular at the gym come to me and compliment on the progress I've made since i first started there. I was stoked!
    I also noticed today that I had additional focus and energy.

    Wednesday is an off day. My next workout will be Thursday. Chest/Shoulders..

    Today's Thoughts

    I was a little tired today because my workout was pushed a few hours back. I took my N.O. Limits 45min. pre workout with about 3/4 gallon of water and once I got to the gym I was good to go! I started out with some push ups and pull ups to warm up and as usual the pumps had begun..
    My chest wasn't too pumped up from the Bench Press, but as soon as I hit that Pec Deck my chest blew up! From that point on the pump was very intense. By the time I started to hit shoulders(which I will not work with chest anymore. ) I had new veins poppin out everywhere. It was excellent.
    Like I mentioned, today's pump was more intense then any of the other days so far. The only thing different today was the amount of water I drank before I started to work out. As many have said already the more water you drink the better the product works.

    Today's Thoughts:

    Nothing real special as far as numbers today. I have a really weak squat and am trying to get those numbers up. I was kinda tired today, but gave it everything I had. My diet is looking a little better today. I'll post that up probably tomorrow when I have some extra time.
    As far as N.O. Limits goes it lives up to my expectations once again! Pumps to the point I had to sit down and stretch every so often. The pumps from the Leg Press made it a little difficult to walk. If I can muster up a little energy I still plan on going tonight with the wife and taking that walk on the treadmill. Or I might have her take the kids and go to sleep early

    Today's Thoughts

    WoW!! Today was by far the best workout I have had in over a month! I couldn't believe the focus and energy today. It was like I felt unstoppable. From the second I walked into the gym I was determined PR's will be broken today. That's exactly what I did. I'm Pretty convinced the only reason I didn't break all my PR's today was due to lack of rest between sets. When I took my time between sets I seemed to recover and regain my strength, but other times when I was impatient and moved too fast I suffered with loss of strength. Either way I am VERY pleased with the results!
    Dosing was the same with N.O. LIMITS. It seems that the pumps increase in intensity each time I use it. My chest was soo pumped I had to take a break from Flyes because it was getting painful. It was great though.
    As I've noticed others saying, N.O. LIMITSseems to be providing some sort of extra focus during my workouts. As with the pumps, the focus seems to increase with each dose.
    So far the motivation in how I look and feel when I see myself in the mirror after a workout with N.O. LIMITS is reason enough to invest in this "pump" product. The added focus I seem to be getting from it is a wonderful added bonus.

    Today's Thoughts:

    Today my main focus was to get more weight on my deadlifts. Success! I did my deads first today which made the rest of my workout VERY difficult. Pumps were good today. I think I ate too close to my dose of N.O. LIMITS.
    Diet has been better. Ive been gettin in around 3800 cals and about 360g protein. Mostly from whole foods. (Chicken and Tuna being the main 2.)
    Carbs have been down also.. Ive been able to keep my fat intake between 50-70g a day.
    Vascularity is WAY up since Ive started N.O. LIMITS! I've noticed the veins underneath my left bicep have begun to show through out the day. Mostly during my workouts, but also randomly on off days as well.
    One of these days I'll get my lazy ass out and either get to the doc or pick up a calipers so I can get an idea of my BF. Im not too concerned with it, but I guess it doesnt hurt to know.

    I almost skipped today due to me coming down with a cold. Once I was done with work I thought, NAH, get your ass to the gym. After I took my dose of N.O. LIMITS I once again seemed to get a focus effect out of it. This is absolutely a wonderful thing! I was able to start the day off with a couple new PR's. That's always a nice thing. Not to mention it helped with keeping me motivated.
    The pump was HUGE today. Right from the get go. I did a few Push ups and Pull ups to get warmed up and my chest, shoulders, and Lats were swollen..
    By the time I hit the cable crossovers it felt like the skin was going to tear. Today is the first time in a long time my chest was sore when I left the gym.
    Another great workout on N.O. LIMITS!!

    Well, I was supposed to do legs today. I ended up doin Shoulders. I was VERY tired when I first got to the gym. It wasn't till about half way through the WO that some energy started to kick in. I kept the weights moderate for today. I'm having some pains in my right elbow, so I think I'm gonna be taking it easy for the next week. So no PR's happening next week.
    My plan is to go to the gym tonight with the wife so I can get my leg WO done for the day.
    Pumps were ok today. Dosing was Way too close to when I ate. My shoulders still looked big, just not the normal pump i've been getting since I started N.O. LIMITS.

    Today was a good WO with GREAT pumps. My chest and back were lookin huge! The pumps were big. I went in with my shirt being loose and then by the time I left my shirt was real tight. I really need to bring in the camera and get a before and after WO picture.
    My diet has been on point lately. I've been trying to push my protein intake up near 400g a day. So far so good.

    Well, I thought today was going to be a bust.. I got to the gym and my son wanted NO part in staying at the daycare.. So, I go home..
    I decided I was NOT going to skip today's WO. So I grabbed the stuff I had at home and did the best I could. Which turned out to be pretty damn good.
    Today's pumps were huge yet again! I took the before WO and after WO pictures today. WoW! I knew I was swole after all my workouts, but never realized how much more. Check out the pictures. The difference definitely surprised me.
    Oh yeah, after the workout I put my son in the wagon and went for a 4 mile walk/run. Two miles jogging, two miles walking.
    I've been off since Sunday, which helped out the shoulder A Lot!

    So far my time on N.O. LIMITS has been awesome! It has helped with focus and also with motivation to get my a$$ in the gym. As you can see from the pictures it has delivered in the pumps dept.
    Id easily have to rate N.O. LIMITS with a 10!

    I kept it short and sweet today. My shoulders were looking huge after my workout. The pumps were great as usual.. I still notice an extra focus I've been receiving after I take my N.O.. Which is great cause I was lacking in the focus/motivation dept. I did not feel like working out at all.. Once I was done with the push ups and pull ups though everything was pumped and then I was motivated.
    I think I need to pick up something for pre workout on those days i feel so tired and unmotivated. Ive been thinking about trying stizm.. If anyone has recommendations that would be great! I thought about xceed, but im already using green mag. So i think i just need something for energy.. Spike has worked well for me in the past.

    I couldn't believe the amount of energy and focus I had today.. The day started out HORRIBLE!!(2am)
    I was feeling really bad this morning and on the way to work I had to pull over to throw up. (sorry, nasty) I thought for sure i was done for as far as the gym goes. I got to work and after about an hour I ate a chicken breast, then felt GREAT!! Not only did I make it to the gym, I broke my DB Press PR and had a hell of a WO! I was still feelin kinda weak after work, but once I popped in the N.O. I couldn't get to the gym fast enough..
    I can't believe how my Vascularity has improved since I started N.O. LIMITS! Today at the end of my workout I did a few Dips superset with BB curls. I was already lookin huge, but while I was doing the curls I had veins poppin out in the center of my chest, shoulders, under my biceps, freakin everywhere!! (Sorry, I was a little excited. haha)
    At this point I will have to rate N.O. LIMITS at 10/10.
    It has N.O. DOUBT served it's purpose thus far and definitely exceeded my expectations! I have no choice but to offer my recommendations for anyone who likes the pump to pick them up a bottle of N.O. LIMITS.

    Today I took my N.O. 45min. Pre WO. About 15 min Pre I decided today is the day I throw some Ragnarok in the mix. So I put one sccop ROk with one scoop Purple Wraath. ~ WOW ~ There was no doubt after this mix kicked in I was kickin a$$ today!

    Pumps were off the charts. I can barely walk. I beat some PR's. Good way to end the week!! Next WO is sunday..

    Today was a pretty good WO. Pumps in my Lats were off the charts today!
    I have also noticed that my recovery time in between sets is WAY better since starting N.O.! Today I caught myself movin soo fast I realized I did all 4 sets of CG Rows in the time it took for 1 song to play.(2:45)
    I coulda kept goin too!!
    Total WO time today was around 63 min.. The time I take has dropped dramatically since I started this Log. I used to take about 90min. normally for my workouts. Another thing I have noticed is I am NEVER sore after my workouts or any of the days to follow. Even on the days I push myself to the limit. No DOMS at all!!
    Im plannin on posting some half way point measurements and pictures some time this weekend. Im guessing some of my measurements have increased since all of my shirts are fitting tighter these days.

    Today's Thoughts

    I almost didn't make it this morning. After I ate my Pre-WO meal I felt sick. I sat around around for and extra hour, but decided I gotta get to the gym.. So I went.
    After the warm-ups I started feeling better.
    Pumps/Vascularity were off the charts, as they are every Arm day. My weight was at 219 this morning. Up 4 lbs from the beginning of this log. My bodyfat seems to be dropping slightly as well as the weeks have gone by. Im finally gettin my calipers. They will be here with my next order. So I can actually report the BF.

    I almost didn't make it this morning. After I ate my Pre-WO meal I felt sick. I sat around around for and extra hour, but decided I gotta get to the gym.. So I went.
    After the warm-ups I started feeling better.
    Pumps/Vascularity were off the charts, as they are every Arm day. My weight was at 219 this morning. Up 4 lbs from the beginning of this log. My bodyfat seems to be dropping slightly as well as the weeks have gone by. Im finally gettin my calipers. They will be here with my next order. So I can actually report the BF.

    Those are definitely the greatest WO's. Its just about as good as breaking PR's

    Sorry for the lack of Updates.. I was supposed to have a Post on Tuesday, but After Sunday I got pretty sick. Im gonna take probably the rest of the week off. No Supps at all. Unless for some reason i suddenly feel great again..
