used them both-like EPI better-what type of AI is EPI ?[steriodal antiestrogen?] thats what they call its parent compound---could have sworn I heard it called a serum on this board

epi flared up my gyno at 20mg a day. so i would have to say no. it sucked for me. no gains. nothing

i havent taken epi myself but my mate has he got bad lethargy and cramps with it but with using tourine he was able to lessen the cramping
