Epistane

yo everybody
i want to start a cycle of epistane but i need some help
i want to start with
epistane for 4 weeks
20/30/30/40 mg each week
and i am also going to stack it with
anabolic pump
and xngf a gh secrateogue by xyience
but i am wondering for pct
should i take nolvadex
and also
for pct i am going to be running the nha stack
but i am wondering if i should run the nha stack with the epistane and throguh pct
or just for pct
and how should i take the nha stack
like once i get into pct
should i start with the max amount in the first week
and take lower does each week or what
and should i be taking an anti estrogen during the cycle
or is epistane alrady anti estrogenic enough
if somebody could please fill me in with this info i would be gretly appreciated

An SERM is probably not a bad idea for PCT... especially if your going 4 weeks. From what I've read though it says you don't need as long as a PCT, so you could probably just do a high dose nolva/torm for 2-3 days, and then a medium dose for another 4-5 days, and probably be good. Perhaps run an AI too. I don't think you need to run anything during the cycle, most people don't even with most PHs unless they are prone to gyno or showing symptoms. I wouldn't run nolva as that is pretty harsh on the liver, but if you think you may be I recently ran SD and starting running letro (AI) at the end because I was starting to get some symptoms. I'd make sure to run something like cycle support though at least a week before, during, and after cycle. That stuff is great!

just normally for 4 weeks to get my natral tests going or should i start with a high dose and lower the dose every week or what
and should i start taking nolva as soon as im done
or within the last week of epistane
and what kind of ai should i take during cycle?
cus i dont want to take he chance
of getting gyno?

listen man, you aren't going to get gyno during the cycle your test will be so high and estro so low that doesn't happen, when you get off of the cycle and your body tries to adjust your levels between what your test is normally and what your estro is normaly then you MIGHT get some symptoms of gyno. i would look into running HDX2 for your AI situation, start doseing in your 4th week @ low levels increasing it like your epi through week 8 HDX2 has a built in AI and will halp you keep the gains you made, also Nolva start same day as your last epi dose. but please run some searches and look @ others epi logs and gather more info......getting more info is better that just listening to me....i'm just some guy on the other end of a computer......:type:

well what about the nha stack
that is excellent with raising natural testosterone and lowering estrogen
so for pct
i would be using nha stack
nolvadex
and retain by anabolic extreme
the only thing i am worried about is how to dose my pct??

i heard if you take ai during pct
you can cause delayed gyno or something
bvecause im going to take epistane for 4 weeks
so for pct im thinking
noladex for 4 weeks 40/30/20/20
and retain
and the nha stack

will i need to add anything else
to make my levels get back to normal as a fast as possible

Good luck and read as many logs as you can because its better to be prepaired than to have to play "fix it quick" later on down the line!

Toremifene for pct
but for the 60 and the 30 do you mean those for 1 week each
and i will probly just run the nha stack
with lean extreme
but how should i dose the nha stack

im prettysure i know everything guy about it
i just dont know how to dose my nha stack because some people dose it differently and by doing that make their natural levels come back quicker
