  1. I like that you start with Incline before flat bench.

    I always like to ask, stuff about workouts, like TEMPO. Are you on any specified tempo? Also, what about rest periods? How long do you rest between sets?


  2. I try to go 30s between sets. It can be a little longer if I have to search the rack for db's. I tend to keep the same pace, I'm impatient so 30s rest feels like forever to me. I try to be in/out in under an hour as I go on my lunch break.

    I should've used 3 scoops, man i went crazy today. I was sweating up a storm even with my breathable shirt.

    Not sure why my weight fluctuates 2-3 lbs.
    I did some real squats today, I went light as my hams are sore from dead lifts yesterday and to see how my back handles squatting. I wasn't used to holding the bar in a squat.

  6. You said before about a 'tingling' sensation, correct? Could you elaborate, please. I'm taking Xtend and I think I get that too.

    BTW nice log and good luck with the rest. Oh and I blame weight fluctulations on things like sodium:water intake i.e. retaining water. May not be 100%, but it's cool to blame something.

    The tingling sensation is more than likely the Niacin. I take 2000 mg per day of the flush free. I can always tell real quickly if a supp has Niacin in it. I haven't tried PW yet but I believe it has a small amount. Nothing harmful about it except it feels kind of weird.

    My final thoughts and review:

    This stuff is awesome, sadly my tub is getting near empty so I'll have to buy another
    After 30+ uses, I'm not tired of the taste, it still leaves a sweet aftertaste. I even add more water to it after almost finishing it and it still tastes good. I still tingle after using it, although not as much. My workouts have been great, there's no feeling of having energy, it's just there when you need it and start lifting. 1 scoop is 1 serving. There's 90 servings per tub. In reality, 2 scoops per workout day are plenty, so that's still enough for 45 workouts. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants their EAA's and B-A to push the limits in their workouts.

  13. good review! i had a very similar experience with purple wraath.

    did get any improvements in over the past few months in your workouts and (of course) appearance? i know diet, workouts and rest are the biggest contributors so it's difficult to assess how much PW helped. but do you feel that PW made a difference?

  14. before my workouts, i was used to just a protein shake, didn't do much in my workout efforts compared to using PW. With PW my workouts are more intense and I can do more then before, altho my gains are small, I'm still recomping, I can see my lats/back growing, fat decreasing...it's been a slow transition but at least it's going. Without PW, my workouts would probably be a lot less effective.
