JW + EC log
Starting weight: 210
Starting BF: 12-14%
Supplements I am using: CEE, EC, JW, RK, Sesathin, cAMPH, Green Tea Extract, Fish Oil, Xtend
Goals, I am using JW (3 caps a day) with EC (25mg/200mg x3) in hopes of dropping BF while maintaining lean mass. I will be running 8 weeks of JW
Training: I train full body 3 days a week with 20 mins incline walking at the end. 2-3 cardio sessions a week (I usually play some sport but if not I just run).
I will post before and after pics at the end. maybe even halfway through.
Week 1: I have felt the hypoglycemic effects of this product. During this first week I also noticed a slight increase in Libido. I have also been feeling lethargic. This could be due to the hypoglycemic effects of JW. In the gym I have not felt anything out of the ordinary. I have been waking up much more vascular and fuller after the just three days of use. My body temperature has also gone up quite a bit. I feel very hot throughout the day and I require much more water. Week 2 will be much more specific.
So far I have been feeling very good all day. I can feel the stimulating effects of EC much more. I wake up much faster and have more energy. The crash at the end of the day is a little bit more noticeable. I am adding cAMPHIBOLIC to my supplement stack once the bottles arrive.
Training: had an amazing day today. I felt really good, good energy good mentality, good focus.

Overall a good feeling at the gym, pull-ups weren’t so great due to adding heavy chin-ups on friday
So far JW+EC has me feeling very good. Good energy good focus, less noticeable crash from EC. cAMPHIBOLIC on the other hand makes my body temp rise very noticeably. Anyone else have this experience?
Bulg. Split Squats
Other accessory work. Did biceps weighted pull-ups and messed around for a bit with some friends.
JW + EC + cAMPH is workin really well. i can notice body comp changes, week to week, which is very nice and very motivating. My squat has been going up very quickly but my bench seems kinda stuck. If anyone has any advice for me about my bench please post.
Good Workout. I dont know how much i can attribute to JW. Im in a caloric deficit and I am getting stronger but then again Ive only done that for the past two years. What i can say for sure is that im recovering very well and my libido is wonderful and i have yet to feel the lethargy reported by others.
Beggining of week 4-JW:
I feel no lethargy, i actually feel really good. incredible feeling of well being. recovery is wonderfull and strength is increasing very nicely. fat is melting off. i cant wait to have abs for the first time in my life
