    Didnt make it to the gym over the weekend, had a bunch of family stuff to get done. Diet wasnt all that good either. I did do a nice complement of home training stuff - dunbell squats, concentration curls, pushups & situps,etc.

    Something interesting to note - I dont see my fiance all week, right now we're working in separate states and only spend time together on weekends. Normally, as soon as I see her I want to rip her clothes off. This friday, I had nearly no desire at all. (to the point of her asking me if something was wrong).

    So Saturday, I didnt take any HX2. Sunday morning, I woke up horny as hell.

    Still cant confirm that its the supp that's causing the libido loss but it just feels strinkingly similar to how I feel on a standard dose of ATD. Other 6-bromo products have not caused this effect...kinda wierd.

    Chest tonight with some squats to keep the legs moving...

    Strengh is up. Marginally, but its definitely up. I had more power and endurance on the multi-angular chest routine, and Ive moved up to 75's. 6 rep sets, but Im also using slower reps and going as deep as I can. Pump was pretty great, definite increase in fullness over the past week or so.

    Day 16

    Off from the gym today,

    25 min cardio on the tread mill afterwork. Low carbs today too - didnt get it tracked in fitday but right aroun 2700 calories, 250g+ of protien, < 100g carbs.

    I notice my endurance is also up quite a bit - I was running along at 7.5mph and it felt slow. Normally Im chugging along at ~6.5mph and that feels like a good workout.

    Dont know if I can attribute this to the HX2 - but its an interesting development.

    Starting to get some light acne on my face...hopefully due to a positive anabolic hormonal change.

  6. Sorry for the delay in updates -

    Day 22

    Ive had a few workouts over the past 6 days - they've all been very good but nothing extraordinary as far as strength is concerned. Libido issues seem to have resolved themselves - I actually ended up dropping to 3 caps/day and that's when the HX2 started feeling good for me.

    At 4+ caps, I just seemed to be in a bad mood and felt kinda crappy. Im trying to think I couldnt be the supp - but its the only variable that was changing. 4+ caps - no sex drive felt like ass. 3 caps, everything's back to normal and I'm having some nice, but mild, strength improvements in the gym.

    As far as gym results go, here's what ive noticed so far:

    • 27 chins in one set last week - most ive done in a long time and +2 from the week before.
    • Grip strength has improved - I'm not using straps for anything other than deadlifts.
    • Squats feel easier every week
    • Very little DOMS despite some rather intense workouts.
    • Relatively steady, but small, improvement in strength over the past 3 weeks. ~5lb increase on most lifts.


    The increased recovery time is probably the biggest thing Ive noticed so far this trial - I can work my muscle till it fails and barely be sore in the following days.

    Diet/cardio has remained the same and BF% has remained the same - so no leaning effects that I can tell.

    I find from reading the reviews that the "sweet spot" when supplementing with Bromo varies from individual to individual. Seems it can be too aggressive on estrogen sometimes when overdosed.

    yes, very true! Pumpingiron's sweet spot was 5 per day.......

    but it is interesting to file into the data bank to recognize people's issues so that we can make the proper recommendation in the future!

    Definitely! 6-bromo seems to fall in line with what ive found with AI's in general for me - less is more.

    Should also mention that blood pressure has been fine throughout this test...

    Too bad I cant do my own bloodwork at home!

  11. Day 30

    Had several good workouts in the final week of HX2. I wont list everything out, as its the same routine that Ive been doing all month.

    I moved up to 80's on the multiangular chest routine with is a 30lb gain from the beginning of the month. That's pretty much what I focused on the most and that's where i saw the best results.

    All other exercises have improved as well, about 5lbs on the average. Squat is up around 20lbs.

    Im also up 1lb and bodyfat is about the same - Ill take some pics later this evening. (not much of a difference, but I am a little bigger/fuller)

  12. Final Update

    I've been off the HX2 for about a week now, so I think it's a good time to give you guys a final analysis:

    For me, HX2 had a definite anabolic effect but it was very mild. Perhaps because I only felt comfortable at a lower dose of 3 caps per day.

    Anything higher and I just felt really crappy, low libidio, irritable, etc. Which is odd - Ive used '6-brad' products in the past but never anything with the combination of ingredients that HX2 has.

    Now that Ive been off for a week, I notice my pumps arent nearly as good, and I have a little less endurance as well. On the hyperdrol it felt like my muscles were gonna explode which was nice

    Moderate strength gains, on par with what you'd expect on a month of CEE. Not much in the way of bodyrecomp effects, I did look and feel jacked all day long on the stuff but that's dissipated since Ive discontinued use.

    After I stopped taking the HX2, I looked like I was holding water for 3 - 4 days. Most likely a slight estrogen rebound which is expected.

    All in all, I think it's a good product. I just seemed to be overly sensitive to one of the herbal extracts in it so I wasnt able to use it to it's full potential. (I think its the Cissus extract, as high doses of Cissus Q have the exact same effect).
