Basically, yes. I don't like the all out bulk idea. I can't stand not having abs.

Iron do you just go a little above maintenance? Or right at maintenance to stay lean? Because I want to go this same route.
My stats are: age 21, 6'0 190 right now, but I suspect that, though I am lean, I have to much body fat. The beer kind of got the best of my stomach area, but I have since stopped drinking beer and soda. Do you think that I should cut completey then start to "lean clean" bulk? Or should I just go from where I am at, and my stomach will take care of itself?

I hate to say it, but it depends on what you are on...I know that sounds terrible but it's true. If I'm on some kind of designer, I'll eat at maintenance...If I'm on something else like HD, I'll adjust day to day or week to week depending on how I'm looking. I don't like to drop below maintenance though. 2500 is about as low as I will go.
So heres a scenario. I am taking HDx2. I am eating probably 3500 cals a day. I see that I am beginning to hold a little more fat than I am willing to, I will drop it down to 3000 for a few days...
Does this make sense?

Looks like this is my last day on HDx2...and I am a little upset to have it end...
I've been waking up with morning wood everyday...great sign...
I am more vascular than when I started. I have gained about 5 lbs in a month. That is pretty impressive if you ask me.
199 to 204...
All of my lifts have gotten better.
Muscle bodies seem fuller.
Mentally I am a bit more aggressive both inside and outside of the gym. Things seem to irritate me a bit more.
Acne on my face came and went and came and went and came and went...right now it's gone.
Acne on my back came slowly and never became anything major.
I like this product...I would most definately recomend it and will be using it again. Although I want to stack it with MassFX.

I wanted to update that cheat day I said I was gonna have...it turned out that I only cheated at the game.
One regular hot dog, One foot long, One pretzel (no salt), and two large diet cokes...
Other than that, i was able to get my meals in, I was just a little off with the timing.

gj PI, great summation, im liking HDX2 quite well right now as well, and im stacking it. works NICE for something thats not a PH, especially since im retaining all my gains from Epi thanks to it! (actually im up one pound since cycles end!)

I probably had my best workout since I started HDx2 today, which is saying a lot.
