4 was cool. This is most definately an effective product. But I like 5 better...
My workout yesterday was great. Things seem a bit lighter still...endurance in the gym is getting better, slowly.
Overall I am very pleased, to say the least.
The two biggest negatives are a bit more aggression, this can taken both ways, and more acne...

I think the aggression started when I was like 5 or 6 years old...
As for the increased aggression, it started in the first week. A definate sign that this stuff works. Elevated testosterone production always does this...to me at least.
With the 5, it is seeming a little more prevelant...remind me in a few days and I'll give a better update...
I'll probably remember anways.

this HDX2 is the real deal! glad i made the choice to add it to my PCT, n i was gonna suggest the PB to your meal too but they got that for ya....
i love the stuff. you dont eat any speg. noodles though??? other then that id have to say our diets are pretty danm identical! my wifey hates it though cause i alwayws eat the same thing and she wants to eat somethin diff LOL

Heres a quick update...
My puppy is sick, just in case anyone cares...haha
And I'm heading into NYC, well right outside in Flushing for the Braves/Mets game tomorrow, so eating right is going to be hard, but I will try my best...
And I might cheat a bit tonight as well...but we will see.
I should be back on Sunday and Monday to sum this log up and get some final pics and stats (weight and lifts) up...

Iron, this is kind of off topic, but I was wondering if you honestly are "forever recomping", and how it is working for you?
Also, how do you go about this? Do you just play with calories and aim for a little above maintenance? I just find this very intriguing. I am tired of the whole bulk/cut/bulk/cut nonsense...

The way I go about it is adjusting diet. I should adjust cardio, but I'm lazy.
Right now I am probably pushing 3500+ cals a day, and I can see that I am gaining a little more fat that I am used to. But I am making myself deal with it. I'm sure after a few weeks I will bring it down to about 3000 and tone up a tad...
But leanly putting on weight is my goal...Like is says in the sig, 205 @ 4%...
I think eating clean is the most important part to this, and I eat extremely clean...well minus today, and I am going to feel like crap tomorrow morning, let me tell ya...

Iron do you just go a little above maintenance? Or right at maintenance to stay lean? Because I want to go this same route.
My stats are: age 21, 6'0 190 right now, but I suspect that, though I am lean, I have to much body fat. The beer kind of got the best of my stomach area, but I have since stopped drinking beer and soda. Do you think that I should cut completey then start to "lean clean" bulk? Or should I just go from where I am at, and my stomach will take care of itself?

I hate to say it, but it depends on what you are on...I know that sounds terrible but it's true. If I'm on some kind of designer, I'll eat at maintenance...If I'm on something else like HD, I'll adjust day to day or week to week depending on how I'm looking. I don't like to drop below maintenance though. 2500 is about as low as I will go.
So heres a scenario. I am taking HDx2. I am eating probably 3500 cals a day. I see that I am beginning to hold a little more fat than I am willing to, I will drop it down to 3000 for a few days...
Does this make sense?

Looks like this is my last day on HDx2...and I am a little upset to have it end...
I've been waking up with morning wood everyday...great sign...
I am more vascular than when I started. I have gained about 5 lbs in a month. That is pretty impressive if you ask me.
199 to 204...
All of my lifts have gotten better.
Muscle bodies seem fuller.
Mentally I am a bit more aggressive both inside and outside of the gym. Things seem to irritate me a bit more.
Acne on my face came and went and came and went and came and went...right now it's gone.
Acne on my back came slowly and never became anything major.
I like this product...I would most definately recomend it and will be using it again. Although I want to stack it with MassFX.

I wanted to update that cheat day I said I was gonna have...it turned out that I only cheated at the game.
One regular hot dog, One foot long, One pretzel (no salt), and two large diet cokes...
Other than that, i was able to get my meals in, I was just a little off with the timing.

gj PI, great summation, im liking HDX2 quite well right now as well, and im stacking it. works NICE for something thats not a PH, especially since im retaining all my gains from Epi thanks to it! (actually im up one pound since cycles end!)

yes go from hdx2 straight to havoc, no waiting.... then go back on hdx2.
