Notes: Just continuing to feel the pump from AP, it is good stuff, I don't really feel like I am getting fatter, and given the amount of meat & milk I have been consuming I'd say that is pretty impressive. In general strength continues to rise, and I feel pretty damn good, I've had one randomly bad day for causes unknown but aside from that I think I am continuing to grow. I have to say, after my back workout I had my usual protein shake & bagel.... but then I was HUNGRY, so I decided to go to this Japanese restraunt, Shogun. I tell you brothers the staff there seemed to be genuinely horrified as I ate my way through half their menu lol. I was half expecting one of them to shout "GODZILLAA LIVES!!!" and try to spear me with chopsticks. It was great though guys, wish you had been there, I had terriyaki chicken, like 18 pieces of assorted sushi, shrimp tempura, soup, salad, all that good sh!t.
Anyways I've spent the rest of the day playing with my dogs and watching movies, grooow muscles grow!
