Leg Extensions

Standing Calf Raises

4 x 20 reps 325lbs (max machine goes to is 300 then I attached a 25lbs plat to the side....)

NOTES: Walking around all day with a semi-pumped feeling in my back and arms in particular, pretty normal on AP it seems! Looking in the mirror my arms and shoulders look bigger, and I don't seem to be getting any fatter so I am very pleased, I'll be curious for the weigh in on Monday. Highlight of the workout was increasing my squat by 20lbs but only missing two reps from last week!
