Figured I would do a log, should help keep me accountable on my diet. This is my first log, so any advice will be appreciated.

About me: 24 yrs old, lifting about 7 years, last 2-3 of which been fairly dedicated. From April of last year to October I was training for a marathon which I ran at the end of October (Marine Corps Marathon, finished in 3:34:52). Over the course of the training I went from 200lbs to 175lbs, and now I'm back at about 185. Ultimate goal for this stack is 9-10% bodyfat, I think I'm currently about 13-14, will measure tomorrow, which should yield abs which I have never had (I was a fat kid).

Diet: Just started Twinpeaks carb cycling diet on Monday (3/5). Averaging about 2300 calories a day for the week.

Routine: WSFSVB (modified DeFranco routine, 4 day cycle, MWFM, rinse and repeat) Jogging on Tuesday and Saturday, swim on Thursday, occasionaly 12-15 minutes of HIIT on lifting days. I lift during lunch break, so depending on how long weights take, I try to do some cardio.

Stack: RPN DCP: 3 X 3 for first 4 days, 3 X 2 thereafter
AP: 3 x a day except on my 2 zero carb days
Scorch: 3 X 3

Got my supps on wednesday, so yesterday (3/8) was first day. It also happened to be my first no carb day, and to my surprise I was not hungry at all. For comparison, the day before was a low carb day (BW in carbs), and there were a few times throughout the day I was starting to get fairly hungry, so DCP's appetite control is apparent after the first dose. Energy was awesome all day, I'm up at 0530, and usually pretty tired by about 6 or 7 pm, but was fine up until I went to bed at 10.

Summary for Wednesday 3/8: Starting weight of 185, awesome energy and no hunger. I'll post pics and get some skinfold measurements tomorrow.
 
Very nice log so far. Good choice of supps and cut diet too. I've ran TP's carb cycling multiple times with very good results. Good luck bro:thumbsup:

Day 2 (3/10): Great energy all day, good workout.

Dosing: DCP 3 x 3
AP 1 x 3
Scorch 3 x 3

Diet: Cals ~ 2750 280 pro, 280 cho, 55 fat
High carb day, so hunger wasn't an issue.

Took measurements: Stomach (just below belly button) 33.75 "
Abdominal skinfold: 14mm

I'm taking the skinfolds myself, and as I'm most concerned with the fat on my stomach, which I have always had, that is the area I'll be monitoring the closest.

Day 3 (3/10)

Dosing: DCP: 3 caps X 3
AP: 1 cap X 3
Scorch: 3 caps X 2

Diet: Low carb day

Exericse: Ran 5 miles: 42 minutes

Comments: Good day, good energy. After my morning dose, I started to feel what almost was like a niacin rush, my ears, neck and back of neck started to feel warm. I’m going to attribute this to the DCP or the Scorch, not sure what part of it though. I’ve taken AP solo before and never felt this.

Day 4 (3/11)

Dosing: DCP: 3 caps X 3
AP: None
Scorch: 3 caps X 2

Diet: No carb day

Exericse: Does going to see 300 count, awesome movie.

Comments: Good day again, little to no hunger even with the low cals. Felt the warmth again, seems to just be on the skin though, not an internal temp increase.

Day 5 (3/12)

Dosing: DCP: 2 caps X 3
AP: 1 cap X 3
Scorch: 3 caps X 2

Diet: High carb day

Exericse: Upper body Rep day. Strength was good, increased some of my lifts a little.

Comments: Weird thing today, or perhaps it is normal. I was actually fairly hungry at times, nothing too bad though. Carbs were up around 270, and the hunger seemed to occur about an hour after carb meals. I have never cycled carbs before, is this some type of insulin response?
 
Weighed in this morning (Friday) at 183lbs, so down 2lbs in 8 days. Energy has been good all week. Strength is still going up a little. This stack really handles low cals well, I only had about 1700 yesterday (no carb day) and wasn't hungry at all. At the same time, when eating carbs and taking AP, definitely feel some hunger, even on high carb days like today.
 
Any updates?

I'm thinking of doing this same stack next month.

Sorry for the lack of updates, not a whole lot to say every day. Weight this morning was 182lbs. I've decided to reduce my cals a little and change the order of my carb days. I seem to be getting leaner without much weight change, and my strength is steady if not increasing.
 
Why reduce calories? Isn't below the goal of dieting and was thought impossible without the addition of hormonal supplements?

Mainly to get a better idea of what my daily reqmts are and how I react. I'm not lowering by much, and I wanted to move my carb up to the weekend.
