Figured I would do a log, should help keep me accountable on my diet. This is my first log, so any advice will be appreciated.
About me: 24 yrs old, lifting about 7 years, last 2-3 of which been fairly dedicated. From April of last year to October I was training for a marathon which I ran at the end of October (Marine Corps Marathon, finished in 352). Over the course of the training I went from 200lbs to 175lbs, and now I'm back at about 185. Ultimate goal for this stack is 9-10% bodyfat, I think I'm currently about 13-14, will measure tomorrow, which should yield abs which I have never had (I was a fat kid).
Diet: Just started Twinpeaks carb cycling diet on Monday (3/5). Averaging about 2300 calories a day for the week.
Routine: WSFSVB (modified DeFranco routine, 4 day cycle, MWFM, rinse and repeat) Jogging on Tuesday and Saturday, swim on Thursday, occasionaly 12-15 minutes of HIIT on lifting days. I lift during lunch break, so depending on how long weights take, I try to do some cardio.
Stack: RPN DCP: 3 X 3 for first 4 days, 3 X 2 thereafter
AP: 3 x a day except on my 2 zero carb days
Scorch: 3 X 3
Got my supps on wednesday, so yesterday (3/8) was first day. It also happened to be my first no carb day, and to my surprise I was not hungry at all. For comparison, the day before was a low carb day (BW in carbs), and there were a few times throughout the day I was starting to get fairly hungry, so DCP's appetite control is apparent after the first dose. Energy was awesome all day, I'm up at 0530, and usually pretty tired by about 6 or 7 pm, but was fine up until I went to bed at 10.
Summary for Wednesday 3/8: Starting weight of 185, awesome energy and no hunger. I'll post pics and get some skinfold measurements tomorrow.
