I went to the gym with a mission on this day because I was determined to hit 275 on the box squat at least 3-5 times and I got it up 3 times. I felt really explosive on my squats. My power cleans felt kinda weak for some reason but everything picked up nicely when I started squating. The white flood gives you that little extra oomph you need when your body is set to making a PR.
