    I had a sick pump going on last night. I swear once I got to doing biceps the veins on my forearms had never looked this big. It kinda freaked me out. Probably shows I'm getting leaner. I got through all my exercises pretty quick which is great because I dont like lifting for more then one hour. I like to get done with it so I can do other things like cardio and not waste my whole day at the gym.

    It was a great workout as I set a PR on the box squats. I'm really loving the box squats right now because I cant cheat or do them wrong which is really great. I felt super explosive on all my lifts. I was getting my squats done really fast which was great because I felt like I had gotten stronger. I had the sickest pump mentally which was great because I was just having a blast working out yesterday and you can't really say that everyday.

    Had a great workout with some insane pumps. My arms felt like exploding after my last set of curls. The focus and energy were awesome which made working out a breeze. I never even felt like leaving the gym for this reason.

    I felt really great tonight on the box squats. I felt like trying out the 265 on the box squat but for some reason got lazy and didnt go for it. Im sure the next time I squat I will be able to hit that up 5 times no problem. Im getting really strong on my box squats lately which is great because thats been my priority lately. My legs are looking really vascular lately and has much more definition.

    I probably had the sickest chest pump I've ever had in my life. The pump started after my 2nd set on the bench press. It was pretty wierd and got kinda painful after a while haha. I felt kinda weak on the bench feels like my strength has gone down lately on my bench. Wierd huh my squats get stronger but my bench gets weaker!!. My chest was literally sticking out much more when I had the pumped feeling. It was pretty cool walking around with a slightly bigger chest around the gym haha.

    The workout felt great. I had a very nice pump going on as well as a nice rythym which made me go from one workout to another with breeze. Focus and energy felt normal but nothing crazy.

    The PR's have been coming by pretty fast on my squats. The energy wasnt that great during my workout but I was determined to hit 275 on the squat. At first I couldnt get it up but I gave it a 2nd shot and got it up pretty fast. I usually do shoulders and triceps but lately I cant do any shoulder work at all. I have alot of pain in my left shoulder. Even some tricep exercises cause some pain. My arms have been looking pretty cut up lately which is good. Im still getting great pumps on this stuff.

    Had a very nice workout. I hit 205 on the bench 5 times. Felt pretty good. My strength has been coming back very nicely lately. I had a very nice chest pump going that got me going through my whole workout nicely and got done pretty quick.

    Had a great back workout. I went pretty heavy on the cable rows. It really killed the lats. My arms even started to get a pump midway through my workout. The energy and focus were great again as well. Had a overall great workout

    I felt really energized throughout the whole workout. The pumps and veins werent as crazy as before but were good none the less. I didnt feel like leaving the gym though at all even though muscles couldnt take any more weights. It really keeps you going all the way which is why I love this preworkout drink alot sometimes.

    I went to the gym with a mission on this day because I was determined to hit 275 on the box squat at least 3-5 times and I got it up 3 times. I felt really explosive on my squats. My power cleans felt kinda weak for some reason but everything picked up nicely when I started squating. The white flood gives you that little extra oomph you need when your body is set to making a PR.
