Week 6-9: Restore 1 cap @ 3xd
I am also taking SuperCissusRx @ 4xdaily the entire nine weeks. GreenMAG will be my creatine product as well. This is my first attempt at a log on this board. I will attempt to keep tabs on my diet for posting purposes, but may not be overly strict in detail due to time constraints. I generally consume 4-6 meals per day with high protein snacks as supplementation (MRP bars, raw almonds, whey shakes, etc…)
Routine
My typical workout week looks something like this:
Day 1: Chest/Front Delts
Day 2: Back/Traps/Side-Rear Delts
Day 3: Legs/Abs
Day 4: Triceps/Biceps
Day 5: Cardio/Quick Circuit
**Circuit includes varied exercises for all body parts (time dependent)
I’m keeping this log as motivation for myself as well as information for all board members. I am open to training suggestions at all times and any advice will be happily accepted and considered!!
