I have been on AP for about a month, before that I ran some yellow gold. I have lost some bodyfat from the AP, mostly in my midsection.

Stats:

Height: 5' 8
weight: 215

Goals: Lose some bodyfat, and gain some lean mass.

update:

Did chest, shoulder and triceps tonight work out went pretty well considering I have had a cold on and off for about three weeks. so I am suffering a little in the strength department, but It should come back after I beat this cold.

If anybody wants to see my workout routine let me know.

weighed in at 214lbs tonight.

Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Wednesday or Saturday: Legs
Thursday: Bands Bench, Triceps, Biceps

I would like to see your routine, as Im just starting a AP and DCP stack to cut weight. Im 265lb 6'1 been on 2 days and I can feel my mood and energy levels changing already. Last night I felt really ......weird :wtf:
gl though.

tonight was an okay night, I started a new job at the company I work for so my usual day was different. plus I am still battling this cold. i did not really feel like working out tonight but went any way, like I usually do when I don't feel like it. did a back workout tonight, but I did it in a different order than usual and did some different exercises than normal.

well, I finally beat the cold. AP has me looking big and pumped, but I have lost some strength due to the cold, and a stressfull two months. but my chest is the only place I have lost some strength, everything else is okay.

workouts have been pretty good, except for the loss of strength in my chest. I am slowly leaning out, as long as I don't get to carried away at the table.

weight is at 215
