My current weight is 189lbs roughly 8% BF. Already 10 weeks in to my precontest training, got 10 weeks to go. I am doing somewhat of a low carb / high fat diet with carb refeeds every 3 days to keep my thyroid in check; has worked wonders so far so it will be interesting to see what the addition of AP does. My current macros are roughly 287g Protein / 100g Carbs / 100g Fats...~2448 calories. On refeed nights the macros are more or less the same except i throw in an extra 150-200g carbs in my last meal bumping my daily caloric intake anywhere bewteen 3000-3100 calories.
Taking the recommended dosage at the moment. Today was leg day and I did notice more of a pump than normal. At this point, probably just a placebo effect, but once I got back from the gym my whole body felt somewhat pumped. I still feel full while typing this.
