    I am currently taking Jungle Warfare at normal dose (1 Caplet 3 X Day) and now I am adding BAM (SPONSORED) by ALRIndustries into the cycle on day 40 at (1 Caplet 2 X Day).

    Training experience: I've been working out regularly (3-4 days a week) for about 6 years. I haven't had any injuries. I usually train on the heavy side with relatively little cardio as I can drop weight easily. My diet and workout are in order. I’m a good logger and would happily give as much detail as needed. I’m very flexible. I’m not a whiner.

    Current Training Schedule:
    4 days a week
    MONDAY- CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRI’S
    TUESDAY- BACK/BI’S/TRAPS
    WEDNESDAY- OFF
    THURSDAY- LEGS
    FRIDAY- BI’S/TRI’S
    SATURDAY- OFF
    SUNDAY- OFF

    Cardio Schedule:
    I only do about 10 minutes of cardio one day a week (leg day) because if I do more I'll cut weight and I don't want that right now.

    Current supplements:
    ALRI- BAM
    ALRI- JUNGLE WARFARE
    UNIVERSAL NUTRITION- STORM
    UNIVERSAL NUTRITION- SHOCK THERAPY
    FISH OIL- 2.4 GRAMS

    Diet:
    3000+ CALORIES
    45/35/20 C/P/F

    MEAL 1 - 2 1/2 servings Special K Protein Cereal, 2 CUPS 1% MILK.

    MEAL 2 - 2 SERVING PLAIN OATS, 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN (CHOCOLATE),
    1 TBSP. PEANUT BUTTER. (THIS ACTUALLY TASTES PRETTY GOOD WHEN IT'S ALL MIXED TOGETHER, JUST HAVE TO LET THE OATS ABSORB THE WATER BEFORE ADDING THE PROTEIN OR ELSE THEY WON'T).

    MEAL 3 - 1 PB&J SANDWICH (2 TBSP PB, 1 TBSP JELLY) ON WHOLE WHEAT AND 1 TUNA (1/2 CAN IN WATER) SANDWICH ON WHOLE WHEAT. WITH A FEW CARROTS, CELERY AND BROCCOLI SPEARS.

    MEAL 4 - 2 SERVING PLAIN OATS, 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN (CHOCOLATE),
    1 TBSP. PEANUT BUTTER. (THIS ACTUALLY TASTES PRETTY GOOD WHEN IT'S ALL MIXED TOGETHER, JUST GOT TO LET THE OATS ABSORB THE WATER BEFORE ADDING THE PROTEIN OR ELSE THEY WON'T).

    MEAL 5 - Dinner varies but usually try to use it to balance out the rest of the day. Usually consists of Chicken Breast or Ground beef or Steak along with rice and/or pasta and some veggies.

    MEAL 6 – 1.5 servings Special K Protein Cereal, 2 CUPS MILK 1%.

    Current Daily water intake:
    1 TO 1.5 GALLONS

    Short Term Goal:
    5-10 LBS. LBM

  13. I cant wait to see the results im taking the evo stack. (JW, BAM and RESTORE) JW 2 weeks alone, than over lapping JW and BAM for 2 weeks then BAM 2 weeks alone and overlapping BAM and RESTORE for 2 weeks then finallly RESTORE 2 weeks alone

    NOTES: Haven't noticed anything from the BAM yet, obviously since I'm only 2 days in.

    DOMS: HAMS AND ABS ARE SORE, CALVES AND TRAPS A LITTLE TENDER.

    Overall Day: IT HAS BEEN A GOOD DAY, ESPECIALLY IN THE GYM.

    NOTES: WORKED OUT ALONE AGAIN, BUT DIDN'T LET THAT STOP ME FROM GOING HEAVY.

    EFFECTS: FEEL JUST A LITTLE WARMER AND A LITTLE ANTSY YESTERDAY AND TODAY (JUST A LITTLE). MAYBE UNRELATED BUT NOTEWORTHY.
