I am currently taking Jungle Warfare at normal dose (1 Caplet 3 X Day) and now I am adding BAM (SPONSORED) by ALRIndustries into the cycle on day 40 at (1 Caplet 2 X Day).

Training experience: I've been working out regularly (3-4 days a week) for about 6 years. I haven't had any injuries. I usually train on the heavy side with relatively little cardio as I can drop weight easily. My diet and workout are in order. I’m a good logger and would happily give as much detail as needed. I’m very flexible. I’m not a whiner.

MONDAY- CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRI’S
TUESDAY- BACK/BI’S/TRAPS
WEDNESDAY- OFF
THURSDAY- LEGS
FRIDAY- BI’S/TRI’S
SATURDAY- OFF
SUNDAY- OFF
Cardio Schedule:
I only do about 10 minutes of cardio one day a week (leg day) because if I do more I'll cut weight and I don't want that right now.

MEAL 2 - 2 SERVING PLAIN OATS, 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN (CHOCOLATE),
1 TBSP. PEANUT BUTTER. (THIS ACTUALLY TASTES PRETTY GOOD WHEN IT'S ALL MIXED TOGETHER, JUST HAVE TO LET THE OATS ABSORB THE WATER BEFORE ADDING THE PROTEIN OR ELSE THEY WON'T).
MEAL 3 - 1 PB&J SANDWICH (2 TBSP PB, 1 TBSP JELLY) ON WHOLE WHEAT AND 1 TUNA (1/2 CAN IN WATER) SANDWICH ON WHOLE WHEAT. WITH A FEW CARROTS, CELERY AND BROCCOLI SPEARS.
MEAL 4 - 2 SERVING PLAIN OATS, 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN (CHOCOLATE),
