    NOTES: COULD NOT WAIT TO GET TO THE GYM TODAY AND WHEN I GOT THERE I WASN'T DISSAPOINTED, ONE OF MY BEST.
    THE ENERGY AND CONFIDENCE IN THE GYM HAS BEEN CRAZY. i'M LOVIN' THIS STACK.
    STILL VERY THIRSTY, I DON'T MIND THIS SINCE IT MAKES ME GET PLENTY OF WATER.
    CHEST AND SHOULDERS LOOK A LITTLE BIGGER, STOMACH LOOKS LEANER.

    Reading the log it seems body weight gains are coming slower but strength gains are still going good. Would you say that characterizes your current take on things?

    Yes definitely (for me at least). Smithsonga has seen steady increases along. I noticed the strength early on and throughout and the weight is coming along slowly. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but I'm very happy with the 6 lbs so far. Thanks.

  11. SSW - have you found it hard to fall asleep at night on JW and BAM? i'm finding it a little hard lately and i really notice it the next day at work etc, but i don't know if the stack has anything to do with it or whether i'm just going through bad patch sleep wise.

    It has gotten me into the 100 lb. dumbell club (if you're talking about dumbell press). I'm expecting to be in the 120 lb club next week, this stack has been great for strength.

    I have to say I'm a great sleeper and about the only thing that messes up my sleep is my 2 year old, but he's worth it. On that note I do notice a difference (since being on this stack) in that when I lay down to go to sleep I'm not tired. Whether it's 10:00 PM or 1:00 AM, I don't feel tired and when I get up in the middle of night to go to the bathroom, I don't feel tired when I lay down. But I don't have any trouble going to sleep, it's kinda weird. I have noticed that it's not as bad if I get my last dose of each in by 6:00 (about 4 hours before bedtime).

    I have this exact symptom. Feels like insomnia might kick in, but I fall asleep without issue. I do get tired in the evenings...just after dinner, but more awake when it is time for bed. now that I am off JW, I do find it a bit harder to get up in the morning...could sleep in. This was not the case when taking JW. (I am now on Restore/Bam only).

    i'm tired all day then when i hit the sack i'm wide awake. Doesn't make sense! i think i just need to sort out a regular sleeping pattern. My wkends just ruin it for me.....

    The only thing I would suggest is make sure your last doses of JW and BAM aren't late. FYI, I did notice feeling like I needed more sleep with JW in the beginning, but BAM seems to have helped that.
