  3. I havnt seen that heading change in a while. What is your total weight gain since the beg. of the stack? Also are you noticing body recomp changes?

    The heading is current, 5 lbs. since start, 2 lbs of it since starting BAM. I am noticing some recomp (look a little bigger).

  5. Very nice I am starting in the bam tomorrow, but I am also taking Anabolic Pump with the Evo stack. It should turn out nicely. I am not running a log but I am going to run a complete review of the stack upon completion.

  7. I am only on Day 13 of Jungle Warfare and day 2 of Anabolic pump. I Start the BAM tomorrow, so unfortunately it is to early to tell much. What I do notice is some body recomp changes from the JW.

    Reading the log it seems body weight gains are coming slower but strength gains are still going good. Would you say that characterizes your current take on things?

    Yes definitely (for me at least). Smithsonga has seen steady increases along. I noticed the strength early on and throughout and the weight is coming along slowly. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but I'm very happy with the 6 lbs so far. Thanks.

  21. SSW - have you found it hard to fall asleep at night on JW and BAM? i'm finding it a little hard lately and i really notice it the next day at work etc, but i don't know if the stack has anything to do with it or whether i'm just going through bad patch sleep wise.

    It has gotten me into the 100 lb. dumbell club (if you're talking about dumbell press). I'm expecting to be in the 120 lb club next week, this stack has been great for strength.
