    i'm tired all day then when i hit the sack i'm wide awake. Doesn't make sense! i think i just need to sort out a regular sleeping pattern. My wkends just ruin it for me.....

    The only thing I would suggest is make sure your last doses of JW and BAM aren't late. FYI, I did notice feeling like I needed more sleep with JW in the beginning, but BAM seems to have helped that.

    12:00 PM - WORKOUT
    1:00 PM - 1 PB&J SANDWICH (2 TBSP PB, 1 TBSP JELLY) ON WHOLE WHEAT AND 1 TUNA (1/2 CAN IN WATER) SANDWICH ON WHOLE WHEAT. WITH A FEW CARROTS, CELERY AND BROCCOLI SPEARS.
    4:00 PM - 2 SERVING PLAIN OATS, 1.5 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN, 1 TBSP PEANUT BUTTER.
    6:30 PM - LARGE BOWL BROWN RICE W/GROUND BEEF.

    Everyone stares at me when I do chest press like what is he doing with 85 lb dumbbells. When there are guys twice my age pressing 45 lb dumbbells. Then I raise them to the roof.

    Same here man. Saw throat has turned into a ful blown infection. Apparently helped along by the no sleep!! On the Penicillin for the next 7 days now aargh. I'm liking the strength gains of this stack but i seem to be one of the unlucky ones! this is me all night

    I did do measurements in the beginning, will be doing final measurements in about a week. I think I see a little in the shoulders.

    I'm grading this as a stack:
    STRENGTH- 8/10 I LOVED THE STRENGTH INCREASES ON THIS STACK.
    SIZE- 6/10 DIDN'T PUT ON A LOT OF SIZE BUT PUT ON 5 LBS. AND DROPPED 2% BODYFAT, CAN'T COMPLAIN.
    SIDES- 9/10 ONLY SIDES WERE SLIGHT HEADACHES ON THE JW BUT CARBS CURED THAT WELL. AND VERY THIRSTY WITH THE BAM, BUT I JUST DRANK A LOT OF WATER.
    RECOVERY- 8/10 I NOTICED A BIG DIFFERENCE IN RECOVERY BETWEEN SETS WHEN ADDING THE BAM, WHICH MADE FOR GREAT WORKOUTS.
    MOOD- 9/10 MY MOOD WAS GREAT THROUGHOUT MOST OF THE STACK.
    OVERALL- 8/10 I REALLY ENJOYED THIS STACK. I REACHED MY GOAL OF 300 LB. ON THE BENCH WHICH WAS GREAT AFTER BEING STUCK AT 285 FOREVER IT SEEMED. I ALSO WAS ABLE TO PUSH THE 120 LB DUMBELLS WHICH I NEVER EVEN THOUGHT I WOULD GET BEFORE THIS STACK. ALSO, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD, I HAD NO JOINT TROUBLE AT ALL. AS A MATTER OF FACT MY SHOULDER HAS NEVER FELT BETTER AND I'VE NEVER GONE THIS HEAVY ON FLAT OR INCLINE BENCH (INCLINE USED TO KILL MY SHOULDER). THERE IS A NOTICABLE SYNERGISTIC EFFECT WHEN TAKING THE BAM & JW TOGETHER WHICH LED SOME OF MY BEST WORKOUTS EVER. I WILL RUN JW AGAIN FOR SURE AND IF I RUN BAM AGAIN I WILL RUN IT FOR THE WHOLE 8 WEEKS AS WELL.
