    Take advantage of it bro. If you must wakeup to take a leak, have a bottle of whey or something in the bathroom or by your bedside and drink some protein. Also, I don't know if you're a lucid dreamer, but one of the many technics for lucid dream induction involves waking up during the night to induce longer, more vivid REM sleep stages.

    i actually know all about dreaming and that stuff took a course in college and loved it. im not the best dreamer and im taking ZMA with melatonin at night to help knock myself out. when i wakeup for my pee breaks i should take like a protein or bcaa drink or something. i always take a 32g max milk or slow digestion protein prebed with milk to slow stuff down and with pbutter sometimes

    Some info on bladder capacity for you:

    The need to urinate varies based on what and how much one drinks. In general, the bladder should empty every 3 to 6 hours or 4 to 6 times in 24 hours. The average bladder capacity is 10 to 20 ounces, though this decreases a bit with aging.

    Most adults feel no signal to urinate until the bladder is about half full or more. After that first signal, the sensation subsides temporarily. As the bladder gets fuller, the signal returns and gets stronger and more frequent, but still subsides if urination needs to be delayed.

    It is not normal to have to rush to the toilet. Even after the first warning, people with normal bladder function can usually postpone emptying the bladder until the appropriate time and place. The first warning of the need to go can occur 1 to 2 hours before the bladder is actually full. Strong urgency can occur if you've been ignoring a mounting need to go for a long time, or if you've drunk a large amount of fluids or take water pills. Under ordinary circumstances you should not have a strong urgency to urinate.

    Stop drinking liquids an hour or so before bed to prevent trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I know that for some who take bedtime pills, this may be a problem, but it's one or the other; Sleep thorough or 'wake and pee' throughout the night.

    Your glycerol consumption will cause urination no doubt and now that you mention you drink a 32 oz. liquid protein drink? lol... If you knock yourself out with a strong enough sleep aid or you're extremely tired, you will become a bed-wetter. I know from studying on dreams as well that those who go to sleep truly exhausted or really 'knocked out' can be subject to false awakenings, whereas your dream will abruptly end and you will actually dream that you are waking up out of bed, but infact you're just truly too tired to actually come out of sleep... With this in mind, you could dream that you're going to the bathroom to urinate and your 32 gram Max Milk will be a nice spherical stain on the sheets by your crotch. Drinking too much fluid and being too tired will conflict: 1. Your bladder must empty when it reaches maximum capacity 2. If your body needs the recovery sleep bad enough, it will remain asleep. You'll just empty out while you sleep.

    Something that can help you if you insist on drinking too much before bed and you need help with keeping bed-wetting in check:
    Bed wetting affects the whole family not just the person wetting the bed. It is distressing for a child, but can put stress on everyone around. And an adult suffering from enuresis (the medical term) may feel embarrassed, ashamed, and inadequate.

    The urge to urinate and to wake up are 'unconscious' processes and hypnosis works at an unconscious level. Many bed wetters have been helped to dryness through the use of hypnosis.
    Hypnosis works on many people. Technically speaking, we are able to be hypnotized, it just depends on how suggestible we are to the process.

  7. I try... I've been waking up prematurely to urinate and I just take Camphibolic before bed. Maybe I could use less water, but I want to make sure the pills get down. I hate that feeling of having caps stuck in your throat. Even if I take Ambien CR or whatnot... I even took 2 grams of phenibut (which I once stayed asleep for 13 hours on) because I felt I wase overtrained and was going to dedicate two nights to sleeping a gruesome 12 hours, and I still woke up to take a leak. I usually require 9-10 hours and 12 hours is a bit much, but it's not oversleeping if your body needs it. Natural sleep is great, but nothing I've had beats a phenibut induced sleep.

    Back to topic, my bad. Hope the Mass FX is going as well for you as it is with me as part of my recomp stack! I'm dying to get back what I lost and more (before mono). I've actually surpassed what I was and now I'm only half way into my NHA phase of the stack! I have a long ways to go and I'm betting yall that I'm sub 11% bodyfat! I'll get some pics ASAP.

    Day 5 BAM - rest day weight 204 boxer,shorts, tshirt happy wiht that weight a lot

    - still got a slight headache id hate to think its from BAM. i really doubt it but getting only 4 hours sleep last night to open gym at 645 wasnt fun. super long day but its over and im home and im eating and im gonna pass out soon

    Breakfast = 7eggs a few of those white, peppers, onions, seasonings, tea
    Prelunch = leftovers steak, sausage, green stuff, potatoes,asparagus
    Lunch = same as prelunch
    Snack inbtw = coffee, honey bun , and 2 choc cup***** OOO
    Current meal few 5pm pasta, asparagus, chicken, seasonings, hot coco 2 choc chip homemade cookies

    asparagus is a diuretic, you should be choosing a different vegatabe during bulking, and muscle growth cycle like broccoli, green beans.

    good call i didnt know that. i know that my pee smells funky when i eat it haha but didnt know it was diuretic. cool thanks. i happen to like broccoli, green beans and asparagus more info to fight the good fight thx

    You dont get it dude To create positive nitrogen retention in the muscles for proper muscle growth, any form of diuretic shall be avoided.

    Asparagus is OFTEN used during the last week of contest prep for competitors because of its natural abilty to eliminate water.

    -sadly im still sporting a slight mild headache which started 1day before BAM i think

    GOT TO MEET VICTOR MARTINEZ spelling? anyway it was soo sweet. didnt get a picture but maybe next time at one of my favorite vitamin stores EVAS on 8th street aka st marks place. dude is huge shook my hand while he ate with some good looking blonde.

    Even thought he past 4 workouts have been a similar routine to my westside training they were long workouts and pretty stressfull. I am getting really close to just going back to a 3/4 day split of 2 muscle groups 3days and if i choose a 4th solo muscle group that day. Dont know why im doing all this powerlifting stuff when 1. not built like one 2. have injuries that i dont want coming back 3. should be doing more bodybuilder stuff since i dont care about strength as a goal number 1 right now.

    anyways just wanted to add that stuff im thinking about on my weekend off lifeguarding 15+ hours at the pool both days isnt fun at all. working on meeting girls lol and milfs. ttyl everyone who reads my journals and thanks for stopping in.     hour- hour45 maybe most

    i do my best to take only 1min btw sets or somethings shorter

    also gotta keep in mind my gym SUCKS. and i gotta wait sometimes to use certain things since we only got like 1 of anything
