I rowed for 30 minutes - felt great and really got a good workout. Diet

Barilla Plus + Tomatoes and Asparagus

Who knows...more food. I love the stuff and now is the time to eat! The Day

Just a question Dsade - I've heard of the "TTA Bloat" and I really think that I have a mild case of hit. How long should this take to subside? I am holding off on taking pics and measurements, so that the bloat can subside...okay?
