Best of luck with the 3 caps. You may find that results will vary depending on your activity level... for example if you're just mellow and watching TV, you may just feel even MORE mellow. If you're out at the club (etc).... well.....

Cardio / Sex (or even a "date"..doesn't have to be sex) also get the endorphins going big time, so it WILL enhance both activities to some degree (results will still vary).
