OK guys it's the day after Christmas and I ended up working out yesterday. I did chest yesterday, and it was a great workout. Tried to change it up a bit.
Incline Smith BB Bench: 225x8-225x8-225x7-205x7
Flat DB bench: 90'sx10 - 90'sx8 - 80'sx10 - 85'sx7
Smith Fly's: forgot weight
Dips: Body weight x18 x14 x 10 x 7
I know this seems like a weird w/o, but I wanted to change it up to kinda shock my muscles. I will be incorporating some super sets and drop sets in the near future. I feel like I have kinda hit some plateau's in my lifts so I need to change things up. If anyone has some thoughts, let me know. Overall, I still feel great in the gym and my w/o's are intense, and my sweating is up - I feel great. Feel free to offer thoughts guys.

Looks like your doing reverse pyramid style w/o's. Start heavy and end light. I like to do that style whenever I feel stagnant on workout's. Try that same method in a sort of TUT-DC style program and it's great. Start heavy, focus on long, grueling eccentric movements(4-5 secs) and balastic style concentrics for the 1st couple of reps. Decrease weight and continue. Works really well for me, probably my fav style to date.

OK so I worked my back yesterday. It went really good----
Deads: 275x10 - 325x7 - 355x5 - 315x8
Wide Grip Pull-ups: Body Weight x10, x10, x10, x9
Towel Grip Pull ups: Body Weight x8, x7, x6
BB Smith Shrugs: All the weight I could fit on the thing x8, x8, x8
Cable Smith Rows: Don't remember weight.
W/O went really, really well - was really intense and I was very focused and pumped throughout. What has really suprised me about this stack is how much endurance I have had. And with endurance comes more total reps which means more hypertrophy and weight lifted, which equals MORE MUSCLE!!! So yeah I am enjoying this stack and I think the best is yet to come. Hope you guys are enjoying.

Hey guys I did arms yesterday. Went awesome, the pumps weren't quite as intense as last time, but still great. I'm starting to gain a lot of strength, as far as my reps, I have added at least 3-4 reps to all of my exercises, I am not going to list my entire w/o as I am super pressed for time right now at work, but I will give a good update on my shoulders tonight. Hey guys, instead of doing shoulders yesterday, I did Legs. My shoulders felt like they needed to still heal a bit from being hit pretty hard indirectly from my other workouts. So...here goes.
Smith Squat: 305x4 - 315x3 - 305x5
Leg Extensions: 125x7 - 125x8 - 115x8
Leg Curls: 95x8 - 85x10 - 75x12
DB Lunges: 40's in each hand -->15x, 15x, 15x, BURNOUT!!
And that was about it. I have started REALLY focusing on form more so now that how much weight I can throw up. I did all these exercises totally controlling my negatives and very solid concentric thrusts. So even though my weights have gone down, its all good, I am feeling A LOT! more pump now because of my form control and being a real stickler for rest times and such. You guys would be suprised how much of a difference it makes. I will def. train like this from now on. I started straying from form and focusing on my weights, and I don't enjoy my physical appearance results. So anyways, the pumps were INSANE! Even in my legs, when you combine this stack with perfect form - wow! So anyways, My weight has gone up I now weigh 196 and have lost 1% body fat. So things are going great - I have been nothing but really impressed with this stack, well worth my money - Congrats to AX, MN, and ALRI on making some reallly great supps. Until tomorrow - Laters!

OK guys, I'm back.
Holidays are always tough on my ability to make time for logging. Just so you guys know, I havn't missed a training day this whole holiday season....WOOT!!. OK, anyways yesterday I did back. I am not going to list all my weights, because I don't have time right now as I am at work. But I will tell you that my deadlifts went way up...could be me just forcing them up, or the supps really all starting to kick in heavy now, I dunno. But my deads were up a good 10-20 lbs on every set. My chins/pulls, I also added a good 1-2 reps from last time. So, my workouts are really strong right now, and I am lifting more than ever. I really havn't had one workout since I have been on this stack, that has been so-so where I wasn't in the mood...no lethargy here. Until tomorrow.

OK guys, I did Arms yesterday. Just to change things up I did some GVT yesterday, just tryin to shock my muscles. Well I think it worked.
Kinda hard to explain what my workout looked like. But, to note some side effects. My joints are getting a bit worse now. I think I could attribute that to the X-Factor just from reading other logs on it and seeing that others have had the same problem. But, I'm not to worried about it, I am making a lot of gains in muscle size. And I have leaned up a lot. My overall physique is looking great for my upcoming trip to cancun. Anyone want to recommend some Sunless Tanners that don't make you look orange?? Anyways, overall I have been so pleased with this stack. I won't be workin out today, I am goin to the mall after work to shop with my fiancee.

If you want to tan for your vacation ahead of time so you don't burn, you should go tanning instead. Sunless tanner won't really do you any good since it's basically just going to stain your skin.
Maybe use the sunless tanner when you get back when your color starts to fade...JMO.

Well, I never tried any sunless tanner that does a good job. I look too orange... tanning with an accelerator will definetly work better

I am one of those winter models...No pigment...Sunbeds dont give me colour..and I work outside in a dam hot place too....So I have no choice but to use this....No muscle definiton without colour...
I been doing it for years now,so i do know what works....Pm for more details..
