Years Lifting-17 years on/off
Current Workout Style - Modified HST ( 3 days a week)
Diet-What my wife puts in front of me and our 4 kids. Actually, I eat as little fat as possible but do not have a STRICT diet. I try to take in as close to 1 gram protein per lb. BW on lifting days. I take whey protein shakes with water and Cytogainer MRP.
Expectations - Not sure at this point. This is a pre-workout stack from what I understand and I have no experience in these therefore I have nothing to compare it to. Time will tell.
Misc.- This is my first time ever trying HST.I am currently starting my second week in an 8 week training program. Prior to this, I have always exercised 3-4 days a week, instintively, with as much weight as I could handle. Hopefully, this stack will help out some.
