Age: 18
Sex: Male
BF%: somewhere around 18% (terrible with calipers)
Weight: ~215 (this is when i get to the gym after a lot of water, no scale in dorm)

Current Goals: Cut until im not fat, retain/gain muscle
Training: Terrible planning this past week or so, i cannot seem to settle on a program after i finished up with 10x3
Cardio: ~20-30 mins LI after workout, 20 mins moderate on off days when i can
Diet: Basically following cut diet 2500, with a macro ratio of approx. 54% protein, 38% fat, 8% carbs, cals go anywhere from 2200-2600

Past experience with products containing similiar ingredients to Tekno3:
NO-xplode- liked it at the beginning, effects wore off towards end of the bottle
Dymatize xpand- my favorite, gets me focused, not that much of a pump though
shock therapy- eh...

currently not getting much of a pump in the gym (not that i care that much) but i am hoping tekno3 might give a little bit of a boost and help my strength on my cut.

note: the data in this log will basically be the numbers from workouts and my feelings towards the product due to my lack of owning a scale (i have enough crap in the dorm already) and a tape measure.

other supplements:
dymatize xpand
melting point
sesamin
monster locarb (where would i be without you caffeine)
potassium/magnesium
fish oil
multi
vitamin b
valerian root and melatonin when i need it
raspberry ketones when i remember to take them
xtend
on whey

Notes:
--I have not done heavy deads in awhile, so these should shoot up in the coming weeks
--last set of deadlifts was surprisingly easy but i stopped because i was finding myself using semi-awkward form, no reason to risk an injury
--SLDLs have not been performed in awhile so im regaining form on them, i expect them to shoot up as well
--my hams will be dead tommorow, FYI

Misc.:
--During the weekdays i try to workout in the morning for a # of reasons, mainly because of timing of classes and work, except today i had to workout in the afternoon, the reason: My suitemates decided to get super drunk, use a black light and have a highlighter party. I was in bed by 1145 and did not fall asleep until after 2. I'm sure there will be many instances of this throughout the log...

Wow, i am truely sorry Thermolife for not being able to keep up with this log. I honestly thought before i received this product i would be able to keep up with everything without a hitch. As you can see from this log that is not the case. Diet has not been logged consistently, posts are sporadic and the log hasnt been updated for awhile. I sincerely apoligize, and can give a million excuses/reasons why things went wrong, but they dont matter considering I made a comittment to log this product. If you would like to place me on a black list for supplement trials, etc. i completely understand.

With that said, I did use the product for the full 20 days and did note minor strengh increases. I also had more of a pump in the gym towards the end of the 20 days. I feel this product would be a great basic supplement for someone who has mainly been taking protein, and they could benefit from this tremendously.

Again, I'm sorry for not keeping up with the log, but would like to thank you guys for giving me the opportunity to test your product.
