T-Drive, aka rebound XT has a "so called suicide inhibitor" and it says it binds to the receptors permanantly. So what does that mean as far as longterm effects? Is it going to permanantly block my estrogen??

Never heard of T-Drive, but if it is ATD then it will reduce estrogen significantly for as long as you're using the compound, and then for a short duration afterwards as your body clears it from your system.

Your body will adjust back when you stop taking the product.
