Welcome to my 12 week Journal. I officially start a new 12 week plan on Wednesday, 6/28/06). This will be a Bulk Plan to try and pack on as much mass with as little fat as possible over the next 12 weeks. I'm excited to get started on this plan as I've just finished my first 12 week plan which was more of a Recomp Plan. I went from 228 to currently 223. That doesn't sound like much on paper but I estimate I lost ~5-6% bf and put some muscle on in the process.
Goals
My Goals during this 12 week period is once again to add as much mass as possible. I would like to get back up to around 235-240 lbs. while adding minimal fat. I will also try and get some measurements during this phase to compare before and after.
Diet
My diet was designed by Michael and I will be eating on the average ~3900 cals/day.
