    Mixedup's Creatine E2 Matrix Log


    Hello All:

    I have another log going under the weight loss forum and I just got my Serious Nutritions E2 Matrix I will be starting tomorrow. If there is enough interest I will keep a log detailing my strength, vasuclarity gains etc along with my weights and work-outs. My fatloss log is just detailing my cardio and diet along with bf% and waist. So let me know guys.

    Shoulders

    shrugs 1x30 25lbs 3x15 40lbs
    side lateral 1x10 20lbs 2x10 25lbs
    rear lateral 3x12 25lbs
    machine presses 1x10 95lbs 1x10 115lbs 1x10 135lbs

    Nothing to report yet as far as pump or vascularity that I could tell but it was just the first dose. Monday should be a better gauge as it will be chest day and I can tell pumps alot better on chest then on shoulders.

    Day 2 no weights just cardio dont' know if this is supposed to happen but both days my cardio has been up yesterday i did 46min and today 51min and felt like i could do more. Is this the Matrix? I have never taken a creatine or nos product of any kind so dont know if there is an energy boost from it? Could someone chime in? thanks

    Maybe you can give feedback towards what SNS claims are on E2. "taken from their product page" :

    I always find it helpful when Loggers rate the supplement towards the claims in a summary at the end of their log. Good luck with it.

    I probablly could of got at least 1-2 more reps on all the flat bench sets but no spotter today and didn't want to risk it.

    I felt extremly pumped in my tri's and bi's that doesnt usually happen even my back felt pumped. Couldn't say I noticed a difference in Chest As I always get a good pump their but the other muscles being pumped were a nice addition.

    This was my 1st chest day and I am anxious to see how recovery goes as when i'm on it's a few days but since being off it's been more like a week. I will keep everyone updated but if the increased endurance and today's pump are indications of how this will be when it really kicks in by next week I can't wait.

    leg presses 3x12 160lbs
    seated leg presses 3x15 210lbs
    calf raises 3x12 210lbs
    calf raises toes pointed out 3x12 210lb

    Thoughts energy and endurance is up seems to kick in half way into my work-out i always do some extra sets. NO noticeable pumps but leg days are usually light due to having had surgery on both knees. This morning it looked like veins in my chest and shoulders were starting to come out. Tomorrow is arms that should be interesting as far as pumps go.

    Please clarify a couple of things for me and I can probably offer a few suggestions.

    - Are you using the Creatine E2 Matrix or the Arginine E2 Matrix?

    - What is your exact daily dosage?

    Day 7 Shoulders

    Bent over laterals/Shrugs super set

    Thoughts after 1st week
    ENDURANCE 10
    ENERGY kicks in about half way through the work out but a 9-10
    Recovery the increase in recovery I haven't seen yet chest still sore today from Tuesdays workout.

    Pumps More of a fullness than a pump hard to describe it's not the pump i get like a fina or drol pump where everything is tight. but it very noticeable.

    Vascularity Increased while working out but unfortunately not lasting past work out hopefull this will change as it's only 1st week.

    Am i happy YES just the energy and endurance alone are worth the price.

    much appreciated bro if i knew how to give rep points i'd give you some. Yeah it took alot of 5am cardio work outs and giving up a lot of food, ice cream, chocolate, chips etc but when I look at the before pics it's worth it imho

    Day 9 no weights this weekend I am doing a 5 day workout with each body part once a week. legs i am doing 2times a week but splitting with leg presses and abductor machine one day and calf raises, leg extensions and addcutor machine the other day.

    Would like to note Even with no working out I am still starting to see more vascularity I'm really excited about this week.

    Pumps Really good today felt in my outer chest which i dont usually feel didn't notice till i got out of the gym though. Back & Bi's still feel kind of pumped from yesterday

    Strength up a little on incline presses and flyes but not really on flat bench was hoping for more this week

    Energy lower than usual not sure if this has to do with switching carbs from white rice and pasta to brown rice and wheat pasta this week?

    Overall ok work-out nothing spectacular maybe i was just tired.

    This is the one area i'm mixed on Recovery time between sets is shorting but recovery time day to day hasn't. For instance did Chest on Tuesday still sore today. This doesn't happen when i am "on" But able to get more sets in in a shorter amount of time so that is a plus

    Vascularity
    Nothing new to report.

    Ok now I need you guys to chime in when posting my workout do you want me to post last weeks and this weeks like i did for my back chest etc or does that get to be too much and you just want this weeks numbers? Let me know

    DAY 14 SHOULDERS

    STRENGTH UP and feeling good getting ready for my mass cycle

    PUMPS Very nice today shoulders felt and looked nice and full

    ENERGY Still a 10

    RECOVERY Rest time between sets is really coming down only about 30sec between sets really good.

    VASCULARITY This is the one area where I was hoping for some more. maybe post cycle therapy I will try arginine e2 matrix along with creatine e2matrix

    16 more days to go i'm getting anxious. Also for the people reading if there is anything else you would like to see in my logs let me know I try to go into as much detail as possible but always open for suggestions.

    Day 15 don't usually post on non weight training days but Just wanted to note Today I took my Matrix along with 2 IDS kranker speed gels before my morning Cardio.

    I went 60 minutes on the treadmill another 10 minutes on the bike and I had energy to spare. I mean I ran a 1/4mile at under a 9 minute pace after already doing cardio for over 50 minutes and I wasn't out of breath. This was an absolute KILLER COMBO and one of the most economical too.

    The ENERGY boost alone from the matrix is worth the price not to mention all the other benefits this will be a regular staple of mine when not on cycle for sure.

    [B]STRENGTH/B] Up a little I caught a shot to the ribs in class and they have been acting up today so didn't go real hard but weights were still up a bit.

    PUMPS OMG they were insane today my lats my biceps and forearms were crazy

    VASCULARITY Starting to become more noticeable not sure if this is the matrix or the fact that i'm down in the 11% BF range now or maybe this part just took a little longer for my body to respond to.

    ENERGY Felt a little sluggish today could be the ribs.

    Overall very good much better than I thought today would be considering how my ribs feel. 13 more days left. So Far this product has done almost exactly what I purchased it for and that was to retain my weight while cutting down on bf% post cycle.

    Day 17 nighttime MMA class we did some regular pushups calf raises etc and I have to say I got REALLY pumped and this was before my second dose of Matrix. I think the effects are really starting to kick in this week. Maybe my body just took longer to respond than some others. I was a non responder to 1st gen creatine and I have never used a nox product.

    Yes I think the product is great. It will be part of my PCT from day one next cycle. Your products have never failed me infact I am using two of your products in my upcoming bulker. Methyl-drol and Inhibit E.

    OK today was ALOT better no issues with ribs really just slight discomfort.

    Last week

    Once again a 10 really loving it,

    Very Nice lots of time to do more sets more exercises.

    STRENGTH
    felt strong and weight up on ez curls

    Thoughts I would love to run a 60day cycle on this and probally will post cycle. Now knowing when the effects start to kick I think I will begin my Matrix 2 wks before the end of my upcoming Mass cycle so the effects are kicking from the 1st day of PCT. depending how vascularity is after the cycle i may add in Arginie e2 also. I am almost at the 3 week point and at this point have nothing but great reviews for this product especially for the Price it can't be beat for a non-hormonal imo.

    yeah I am definetly thinking about everything has been great on the creatine matrix so far just lacking on the vascularity but i know the methyl-drol always brings it out good so i'll have to wait until after the cycle to make that decision.

    BTW I am running your inhibt E with my next cycle do you think i should run it the whole cycle? the compounds in the cycle will be methyl-drol, m-trn, m-tst, and pherabol. it will start off with the methyl-drol, trn, tst I never had a problem with gyno on drol but with tst being a new compound and wanting to keep bloating to a minimum i was deciding betwen the whole cycle or adding in later like the beginning of week 3

    Honestly I havent ran that type of cycle before. I would say it depends on how long your cycle will be and also on your PCT, dosages, etc.
