Following the dose suggestions in the write up and taking 4 caps ED with first 4 meals. If I gain enough weight I will up the amount to 5.
taking in around 3500 calories atm, will be increasing protein as suggested.
Will provide before pictures shortly. I usually update late at night EST. Will update all week, for the exception of maybe sat and sunday because I work then.
