I'm on trn,sd, and fini..**** should be great. I'm on a new kinda way to do it I take weekends off no ph's..i read it should be less stress on liver and i can stay on longer..I take product x while on cycle wow i feel great right now lol..oh well good luck to all you guys.. have any of you guys thought like damn ph's are 20 bux and all tihs other **** ois like 60 promising ph like gains lol..

Yea Im going to go ahead and agree with these guys, the idea when introducing exogenous hormones into your body is to maintain stable blood serum levels. you throw em out of wack, and side effects will be more pronounced.
Im just going to post the major lifts here just to track stregnth gains. last week I wound up taking thursday and fri off. then hit legs on saturday. so legs:
445 for 6reps (max set)
225 for 8 reps (past parallel) (max set)
150 for 8 reps (full ext. with emphasis on negatives) (max set)
45lb DB's for 15 reps (15 each side)
325 for 8 reps (max set)
*The pumps I had in my quads and hams we're actually painfull. Even my claves felt pumped. So i skipped out on the lying leg curls.
***Note its monday as I write this I worked out late Sat. afternoon and my quads are still a bit sore.

Shoulders and Calves
Overhead DB press
55lb DB's for 6 reps (max set)
DB laterl raise
30lbs for 8 reps (max set)
DB front raise
40lbs for 8 reps (max set)
Bent-over lateral raise
25lbs for 8 reps (max set)
80lb (on a BB) for 12 reps
100lbs Db's for 10 reps (max set)
Standing Calf raise
190lbs for 12 reps (max set)
Seated calf raise
300lbs for 12 reps (max set)
Had a really good workout, felt strong on a lot of the lifts. water retention seems to be subsiding. weight is up 4lbs to 186 from 182 at start of the cycle.

Could you talk a little bit about how you're feeling other than painfull pumps- lethargy, libido, etc. Great log so far keep it up.

Lethargy isnt really an issue, Libido is nice an high - meaning im hornier than usual.
Pumps arent painfull until i get into the gym.
My appetite seems to be ok.
I did bloat initially, but the seemed to subside.

Can you tell a difference when you're taking a leak (weaker urine stream, harder to pee) When I took M1T last year I could tell a little bit. You may not, because it was pretty obvious to me that I did.Originally Posted by anabolicandre

Nahhh my piss does have a funny smell to it though.
Acne is sporatic and my skin is a bit more oily.
The headaches come and go.
My BP is slightly elevated though.. 127/95 not real high or anything but higher than the start of the cycle, could be from stress or water retention.

When I add potassium my diastolic goes down in a hurry. I suggest limiting sodium and increasing potassium see how that helps.

My diet has been pretty clean as far as sodium content.
I think its the TST thats causing the bloat but im taking the two in conjunction so I cant really pinpoint what it is. bp today was about the same 125/95

My blood pressure was almost unchanged w/M-TRN. If the TST is wet at all, I would aim at that as causing the BP increase, as the additional water can raise your blood volume. Or TST could raise red blood cells, but I doubt that is it since (I think Mr. 50) said cardio actually declined a little bit.

Right thats why I layed the blame on the tst.
The bloat isnt bad at all, actually I kinda like it I feel like my muscles are a bit fuller.
today is day 11 and im lovin it, other than some slight acne and bit of bloat all is good!

Yes cardio has become more difficult for me while on the TST but blood pressure has remained within normal limits and weight has dropped while lbm has gone up. I would have expected an increase in cardio but there are really too many factors to consider here. Overall though the decrease in cardio endurance is pretty slight.

Ok so a much needed update!!!!
Between final papers and finals I havent been able to post much but lemme me break it down for you.
Im about 16 days in. here is what I notice:
Definite muscle hardness!
Strength has gone up considerably
No real change in recovery
Water retention is slight BUT NOTICABLE.
Sex drive is fairly the same.
I do feel a bit lethargic outside of the gym.
But my workouts are intense!!!
My BP is elevated not too much, but none the less. (i'll blame this on the water retention)
I am up 8-9lbs.
Hope this helps you guys wanting to try TRN.
Overall I'd say its a great supplement, how close it is to actual trenbolone I couldnt tell you.

I have been taking my BP at the local pharm on the way home from class as I havent been to work in the past 4 days but damn those arm cuffs are tiny.. and I dont think i can get an acurate reading from them today it was 137/66 systolic is borderline hypertensive. nothing to crazy Im not worried..

Oh yea I realize that. Last time I got a proper reading was at work. I work in UPITT hospital ER and last time I got a legit reading was thursday, and it was 131/75 which is high for me. I want to attribute it to edema. But I drink well over a gallon of water daily, and my sodium intake is no where near the RDA so its def. the compound. I picked up some hawthorne berry over the weekend hopefully that helps.

.this has really helped me alot I use this year round now and add celery seed when on cycle. I had an issue with b/p last year during a m1t transderm 4ad cycle I thought I had all the bases covered with diet and ancillary supps etc one day driving home from work(I work as a nurse in a hospital) I passed the hell out driving my car on the highway ended up back at my hosp. in the er with elevated b/p and cpk levels that were 4 times norm It was the m1t not only raisied my b/p but my strength was crazy too much for my body to handle overtaxed myself did not check my b/p very often even though I knew it was a side of m1t, very reckless and stupid and the fact that I'm tripping over b/p monitors, other nurses and even docs all day makes it all the more rediculous anyway just a cautionary tale to say again be careful no post from you in a few days hope all is wellI picked up some hawthorne berry over the weekend hopefully that helps
