I Finally got in my lipid FX today. If its ok with Derek and Scivation i will start this up tomorrow. Ill check my weight tonight.
Im cutting right now, most of my carbs come from bfast and from PWO. Only whole grains, lean proteins, milk , cottage cheese, chickin, ya know.
I wont post my exact meals but will post how the work outs are going, how i feel, appetite suppresant abilities as thats ALWAYS been a hard place for me and so on.
