Ingredients:
Whey protein isolate, lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, sucralose, acesulfame K, malic acid, red #40, blue #1.

I have now tried both the grape and the chocolate flavors. My brief opinion:

• Affordable
• Both mix very well in a simple shaker. I tend to mix either just with water or water/skim mix blend. Minimal amount of foaming especially compared to other isolates
• Easily digested.
• Texture is smooth and not chalky or grainy once in liquid.
• Both taste good and are easy to drink. I prefer the grape over the chocolate. Grape for me is nice after exercise when I find the fruit flavor better than a chocolate flavor.

Was this the new or old version? The only difference I can note between old and new is less clumping and foaming with the new version. I preferred the old grape flavor to the newer one otherwise this product is great.

mixes well, I didn't like the Vanilla Bean or Watermellon flavors though - the old grape (stocked up on it) is pretty tasty
