  1. Liquid Labs PRing it up +other goodies


    So first off I would like to thank @cheftepesh1 for sending out some Liquid Labs PR from his own stash for me to be able to give it a go. He even threw in a couple more goodies as a bonus. Needless to say I am looking forward to running this.
    I will be running this on a deficit, so.im really looking forward to see this treats me in helping maintain muscle mass and hopefully add a little with it.
    Diet wise I have been adding carbs back in for the past month around training days, after go very low carb for a while. Non training days keeping carbs at 25 or below and training day around 125 to 150.
    I train 4 ton5 days a week depending on work. Currently running a swing night shift with 2 days on, 2 days off and every other weekend. But I make it work, just sometime logging wise it looks strange since each week certain lifts are trained on different days. So let's get this going.

  3. Took my first dose this morning after getting home from work and will take second dose before I go back tonight. First training day will be tomorrow afternoon.
    Taste wise, since this is a oral delivery, is very hard to describe. I can say it is very pleasant and easy to hold on your mouth.
