So first off I would like to thank cheftepesh1 for sending out some Liquid Labs PR from his own stash for me to be able to give it a go. He even threw in a couple more goodies as a bonus. Needless to say I am looking forward to running this.
I will be running this on a deficit, so.im really looking forward to see this treats me in helping maintain muscle mass and hopefully add a little with it.
Diet wise I have been adding carbs back in for the past month around training days, after go very low carb for a while. Non training days keeping carbs at 25 or below and training day around 125 to 150.
I train 4 ton5 days a week depending on work. Currently running a swing night shift with 2 days on, 2 days off and every other weekend. But I make it work, just sometime logging wise it looks strange since each week certain lifts are trained on different days. So let's get this going.
