    Finally got my package. It got delayed right when I was leaving for San Diego. Big thanks to guys from Chaos & Pain for hooking me up with this massive stack. Will start my log from tomorrow.

    Basic stats:

    Weight: 185 lbs
    Height: 5'11


    Current condition:



    Usually will be taking different pwo-s during the log, since they won't affect any gainz, just will fuel my energy .

  8. Did my first workout on chemical x today. Yesterday tried the tablets on an empty stomach and noticed slight stomach discomfort, then read on different boards, that it would be better, to take chemical x with food.

    This is my routine:

    Bench press
    Leverage incline bench press
    Cable flyes
    Machine flyes
    DB pullover
    Low cable flyes

    Wide-grip pullups
    Lat pull-down
    Leverage rows
    Close grip pullups
    Machine rows

    Abs

    Cardio.

    Had a nice workout today. Due to jet lag, I woke up at 5 am, so went to gym pretty early, at around 8 am.

  10. Finally after a heavy weekends, I was able to hit the gym. Used a scoop of pre workout and took 1 tab of chemichal x with breakfast.

    BB curls
    Machine preacher curls
    DB curls
    Concentrated curls
    BB curls
    Reverse curls


    Rope pushdown
    Dips
    Close-grip bench press
    Wide grip pushdown
    Reverse grip pushdown

    Abs

    Cardio

    So far I haven't noticed any significant changes.

  11. Had a rest day today. Going to hit shoulders tomorrow. So far no side effects. Haven't noticed any changes yet.
    Always take the tabs with meals.



  12. Did shoulders today. Used a scoop of ergoblast as a pre. Although it cpntains 6 grams of cit mal, I did notice an overall improvement in pumps. My weight was 183 lbs.

    DB Lateral Raises
    Shrugs
    Barbell Rows
    Rear Shoulder Flyes
    DB Front Raises
    Barbell Overhead Press

    Cardio

    Total duration was ~75 minutes
    Mostly used lower weight.

  16. Did arms today. Finally had a chance not to wake up early, so had a great sleep. used a scoop of blackstone dust extreme as a pre. My weight today was 186 lbs and I did notice slight increase in arms circumference. Pumps are definitely improved. So far, I feel chemical x has kicked in.

    BB curls - 110 lbs x 10 with pauses on every 3rd rep.
    Machine preacher curls - 155 lbs x 3
    DB curls - 55 lbs x 4
    Concentrated curls - 40 x 10 slow reps
    Hammer curls - 65 x 5
    Reverse curls - 80 x 10 with pauses


    Rope pushdown - 140 x 10
    Dips - 10 reps x 10
    Close-grip bench press - 140 x 10
    Wide grip pushdown - 170 x 10
    Reverse grip pushdown - 70 x 10

    Workout was great. Had great pumps and overall physique seems slightly improved.

  17. Today had rest day. Weight has been stably increased (185-186 lbs) and overall recovery is improved. Usually have problems with sleeping, but for the past week, I've slept really well (today slept for 10 hours - my pr for this year).

    Going to hit chest/back on my next workout day.
