    Finally got my package. It got delayed right when I was leaving for San Diego. Big thanks to guys from Chaos & Pain for hooking me up with this massive stack. Will start my log from tomorrow.

    Basic stats:

    Weight: 185 lbs
    Height: 5'11


    Current condition:



    Usually will be taking different pwo-s during the log, since they won't affect any gainz, just will fuel my energy .

  8. Did my first workout on chemical x today. Yesterday tried the tablets on an empty stomach and noticed slight stomach discomfort, then read on different boards, that it would be better, to take chemical x with food.

    This is my routine:

    Bench press
    Leverage incline bench press
    Cable flyes
    Machine flyes
    DB pullover
    Low cable flyes

    Wide-grip pullups
    Lat pull-down
    Leverage rows
    Close grip pullups
    Machine rows

    Abs

    Cardio.

    Had a nice workout today. Due to jet lag, I woke up at 5 am, so went to gym pretty early, at around 8 am.

  10. Finally after a heavy weekends, I was able to hit the gym. Used a scoop of pre workout and took 1 tab of chemichal x with breakfast.

    BB curls
    Machine preacher curls
    DB curls
    Concentrated curls
    BB curls
    Reverse curls


    Rope pushdown
    Dips
    Close-grip bench press
    Wide grip pushdown
    Reverse grip pushdown

    Abs

    Cardio

    So far I haven't noticed any significant changes.

  11. Had a rest day today. Going to hit shoulders tomorrow. So far no side effects. Haven't noticed any changes yet.
    Always take the tabs with meals.



  12. Did shoulders today. Used a scoop of ergoblast as a pre. Although it cpntains 6 grams of cit mal, I did notice an overall improvement in pumps. My weight was 183 lbs.

    DB Lateral Raises
    Shrugs
    Barbell Rows
    Rear Shoulder Flyes
    DB Front Raises
    Barbell Overhead Press

    Cardio

    Total duration was ~75 minutes
    Mostly used lower weight.

  16. Did arms today. Finally had a chance not to wake up early, so had a great sleep. used a scoop of blackstone dust extreme as a pre. My weight today was 186 lbs and I did notice slight increase in arms circumference. Pumps are definitely improved. So far, I feel chemical x has kicked in.

    BB curls - 110 lbs x 10 with pauses on every 3rd rep.
    Machine preacher curls - 155 lbs x 3
    DB curls - 55 lbs x 4
    Concentrated curls - 40 x 10 slow reps
    Hammer curls - 65 x 5
    Reverse curls - 80 x 10 with pauses


    Rope pushdown - 140 x 10
    Dips - 10 reps x 10
    Close-grip bench press - 140 x 10
    Wide grip pushdown - 170 x 10
    Reverse grip pushdown - 70 x 10

    Workout was great. Had great pumps and overall physique seems slightly improved.

  17. Today had rest day. Weight has been stably increased (185-186 lbs) and overall recovery is improved. Usually have problems with sleeping, but for the past week, I've slept really well (today slept for 10 hours - my pr for this year).

    Going to hit chest/back on my next workout day.

  19. Had an absolutely amazing workout yesterday. Used a scoop of BPI 1MR.

    Bench press - 220 x 5 (slow reps)
    Leverage incline bench press - 160 x 8-10
    Cable flyes - 50 x 10
    Machine flyes - 170 x 10
    DB pullover - 45 x 8
    Low cable flyes - 40 x 10

    Wide-grip pullups 4 sets of 10 reps
    Lat pull-down - 160 x 10
    Leverage rows - 100 x 10
    Close grip pullups 4 sets x 10
    Machine rows - 160 x 10

    Abs

    Cardio.

    As I've said before, sleep is on top. That's very important for me, because insomnia was a huge problem for me. Recovery is great. Arms look bigger, libido is increased and overall feel more alpha

  20. Did arms today. Slept for about 11 hours and woke up in the afternoon O_o. Used a scoop of dust extreme with 1 tab of bronkaid. Workout was awesome

    EZ curls - 130 lbs x 8
    Machine preacher curls - 100 lbs x 15
    DB curls - 60 lbs x 4
    Concentrated machine curls - 40 x 10 slow reps
    Hammer curls - 55 x 5
    Reverse curls - 80 x 10


    Rope pushdown - 150 x 10
    Dips - 10 reps x 10
    Close-grip bench press - skipped, too lazy
    Wide grip pushdown - 150 x 12
    Reverse grip pushdown - 70 x 10

    Abs

    Cardio.

    Arms look much bigger, then before starting this log. Weight is constantly in the range of 186-187 lbs.
    Do 2 miles of treadmill as a cardio everyday.

  21. Hit shoulders today. Used a scoop of ergoblast + man body octane as a pre. Pumps were massive. But still, notice a solid increase in arm circumference.

    DB Lateral Raises - 30 lbs x 10
    Shrugs - 60 x 15
    Barbell Rows - 80 lbs x 10
    Rear Shoulder Flyes - 20 lbs x 10
    DB Front Raises - 30 lbs x 10
    Barbell Overhead Press - 120 lbs x 10

    Cardio

    Unfortunately I had to wake up early this morning and didn't have enough sleep. Still, energy & strength were great.

  22. Yesterday took the last capsule of chemical x (1st bottle). Today opened the new one and in a week will start taking alpha pct as well. Workout was great. Used the last scoop of my dust extreme.

    Bench press - 220 x 8 (normal reps)
    Leverage incline bench press - 160 x 7
    Cable flyes - 50 x 10
    Machine flyes - 190 x 8
    DB pullover - 35 x 10
    Low cable flyes - 50 x 10

    Wide-grip pullups 4 sets of 10 reps
    Lat pull-down - 170 x 8
    Leverage rows - 150 x 5
    Close grip pullups 4 sets x 10
    Machine rows - 160 x 7

    Abs

    Cardio.




  23. Again, awesome sleep Hit arms today. Used a scoop of mr. hyde (out of dmaa )

    Machine preacher curls - 130 lbs x 7
    DB curls - 50 lbs x 8
    Concentrated machine curls - 40 x 10 slow reps
    Hammer curls - 60 x 7
    Reverse curls - 80 x 10

    Dips - 10 reps x 10
    Close-grip bench press - 200 x 6
    Wide grip pushdown - 160 x 10
    Reverse grip pushdown - 80 x 8

    Cardio.

    Pumps were great. Added some bulk citrulline to my pwo. Chemical x does improve pumps by itself




  24. Had been very busy with exams this week. Unfortunately had to skip 2 workouts Finally hit the gym today and did arms.



    EZ curls - 120 lbs x 8
    Machine preacher curls - 140 lbs x 6
    DB curls - 40 lbs x 12
    Concentrated machine curls - 40 x 8
    Hammer curls - 70 x 6
    Reverse curls - 80 x 10


    Rope pushdown - 150 x 10
    Dips - 10 reps x 10
    Close-grip bench press - 180 x 10
    Wide grip pushdown - 170 x 7
    Reverse grip pushdown - 80 x 6

    Abs

    Cardio.

    As a pre-workout used a scoop of mr hyde. Energy and strength was great.




  25. Had a great shoulders day today. Used a scoop of nutrabio pre (awesome, awesome pre) and pumps were great. Weight went slightly up (188 lbs)

    DB Lateral Raises - 40 lbs x 10
    Shrugs - 50 x 15
    Barbell Rows - 80 lbs x 10
    Rear Shoulder Flyes - 30 lbs x 10
    DB Front Raises - 40 lbs x 10
    Barbell Overhead Press - 120 lbs x 8

    Cardio

    Physique seems improved. Arms seem bigger. Back and chest are the same.
