First off I would like to thank ManimalPatB and ALRI for giving me the chance to log viper hyperdrive. This is the first time I have logged a product from ALRI and I am really looking forward to it.
I just started a new block of training this past week and it will be a bit higher volume for the next 7 weeks then will move into a lower rep amd heavy strength based block. Cardio will be a couple times a week along with rugby practice once a week. I will throw up what I am doing diet wise for meal prepping, but basically everything is layer out for 5 days out of the week and the other two days are more of whatever but still kept clean.
Looking forward to starting tomorrow and knocking this out of the park.
