First of all, I want to say thank you to fundamental nutrition for allowing me to log their product.

I will be reviewing this product with a few important factors
1. Mix Ability
2.flavor
3.how it helps pwo
4.how the stim makes me feel

How this log will work- since they sent us a whole tub to try!!! (Thank you)!!

I will log this for the whole time.

I will use this every day for the first week, then cut a day or 2 off to compare my sessions and such with and without.

I can't wait to get started!

Ok so, as for today, the stim was intense.
I only took a half scoop.
I'll have to quarter scoop it next time, way stim intense.
(Good and bad there)

Flavor, off the charts awesome!

This will or sure be a 10/10 by the end of this log.

Love it!

The mixing, seemed to accumulate at the bottom a little bit with cold water, but that's generally expected in most powders.

It was only a half scoop in 11oz of water.

Still not a big deal to me.

Will post up some more soon!

The stim is still incredibly strong so I suggest taking it 15 min pre workout and getting a good sess in!

I have used this product every day!

In my long hours at work, I have even used it to keep me going.

The stim factor is A 10/10.

I am a lightweight that is for sure. Half scoop gets me going!

The mix ability is an 8/10. This is expected and just needs a shaking if left around.

Flavor- 20/10.. Is this possible?
The flavor is freaking amazing. I want to try a blueberry style in this. They definitely have the best tasting pwo I have ever tried.

Overall I am going to say, this product deserves a 9/10.

It is an amazing pwo, it tastes great, everything is great.

I have been away on work and brought it with me, and I have let a few co workers try it, they are hooked!

Fundamental nutrition is great company serving great products.

I will be looking to do more logs, and try more products.

I'll keep this thread active with updates, and answers that anyone needs or has!
