Welcome, okay so I've been having joint pain in my knees, shoulders, and elbows, so decided to give joint support xt a go after learning about it.

Biggest problem is right knee that gets over used from squatting up and down all day, an really bothers me when I start to go over 200lbs on squats.

Height 5' 8.75", weight 190, bf, 14.5%, age, 32, years lifting, 15.

Took 4 caps tonight before bed. Hopefully it starts helping soon

Brofessor, do you take anything else for joints as far as vits, minerals, etc.?

I have a bottle of expensive msm, chondroiton, an glucosamine I have taken when things are bad.
I just take my daily men's multi on a not so daily basis.

I've also been on cycle since December running aromatizable compounds.

I had pain a while back in right knee from squatting and heavy leg press, luckily it has now eased off.

Also have 2 titanium screws in my left knee from a motorbike accident i suffered when i was 12 years old.

Knee pain can be crippling and really annoying.

Will be running hdrol while the esters clear, an to lean out a bit.

Hopefully it starts working before pct.

How long will you run Halodrol for & at will you go up to 100mg per day, i have used it twice before and liked the effects for muscle preservation whilst cutting, when do you notice it kick in e.g. strength gains and muscularity / vascularity increased @ 75mg per day.

I Enjoy hdrol at 50mg. Never went over 75mg of legit hdrol.

Not sure how long I'll run it. I grow tired of orals real fast after abusing them so many years. Probably only 4 weeks.

Really interested to see how this works. Had decompression surgery on my left shoulder in December due to severe impingement, currently taking Cissus, Fish Oil, and topical spray (joint force) on my right to try and avoid having surgery on it.

Pushing 50 and lifting for almost 35 years off and on has taken its toll on my joints.

I've been using joint support xt for around 6 months with great success. pain in my right knee has diminished considerably. the last month I added get diesel chiro-joint, together I have noticed much less pain. if joint support xt alone does not relieve pain to an acceptable threshold I highly recommend adding chiro joint!!!

Finally hit the gym today, but didn't go over 200 for squats.

Routine when on track is full body super sets 5 days a week.
Today just hit

Db flat bench/concentration curls
Pull up/dips
Squat/external rotation
Calf raise/crunch
Front raise/face pulls

See how I feel tomorrow.
Back went out Monday, neck felt tweaked before the workout but felt fine after I got warm. See how it feels after a nights sleep.

Today was okay.

Felt some slight knee pain when doing clean n press.

Today's workout was

Clean n press
Clean
Dead lift

No bumper plates so cleans an presses only went to 165, as I can't drop it, but have to lower it carefully.

On my second set of clean b press, felt some slight twinge in knee, after I tested it was fine.

No squats.

My deads were 1 rep each set continually going up till failure, 2min rest between sets.

Got up to 295, an failed, tried again an failed. No back or knee pain, but had a throb in my arm from over use.

Went home an rubbed anti inflammatory cream on it, "MyoNatural" I highly recommend this to older clients as a muscle rub. Very effective esp for tendinitis

Today's workout went well.

Free motion cable chest press/cable curls
Leg press/calf press
Full Back squat/heel reach crunch/db lat raise

Warmed up with 135x10, 185x5 things felt good going all the way down, so I went 225x1, 245x1, 265x1.

Didn't feel anything sketchy in the knees. Probably could of gone 285, but didn't want to push it, or go for a pr.
So that was more mental than physical. Need a lifting bud to push me.

Makes me feel excited about lifting tomorrow. :banana:

Most I've full squatted is 265.

Nothing new to update. Been dosing every day.

Haven't had any issues. Hit shoulders pretty hard yesterday an they feel pretty unstable today.
No pain though.

Been doing great.
No joint issues. Hit the pec deck yesterday which usually hurts my shoulders.
Got 160x8 for 3 sets, which is a pr for my shoulders

I reached into my gym bag an realized I was out of focus xt samples.
Guess it's back to finishing my hi-health brand pre workout.

So Wednesday I went old school with high volume.

Started out 10 sets of 10 pull ups.
Then hit 10 sets of 20 push ups.
10 sets 10 rows
10 sets 10 shrugs.

Back an triceps are still sore.
Zero joint issue during or after.

Friday I just did squats. 10 sets of 10.

First 5 sets Olympic style front.
Last 5 sets Olympic style back.

Aside from the back getting pretty tired by set 8, no knee or hip issues.

Quads and adductors are pretty sore today

I'm really enjoying not having any issues.

I always get joint problems when I high dose reduce xt, I wonder if this would counteract that?

no issues with yesterday's workout or today's hiit cardio.

So far in impressed. Back also hasn't had issues. It's still sketchy, but it hasn't failed.
There's a part that feels like it's bone on bone, no cushion. I think I just need to get an mri on that.

Had a twinge in my shoulder during standing overhead press, so didn't do any other presses after that. Not sure what's up.

Weight has jumped about 3 lbs. also not sure what's up with that. Thinking its water retention

No cardio yesterday. Will have to make it up tomorrow.

Been having some elbow pain, possibly from over use, but my pornhub acct has expired....
Jk, but going to hit the weights an see how it goes.

Leg presses yesterday went great with no issues. Only went up to 7 plates each side for 3 sets of 8 though. Probably should of went 10.
Got a big cramp right in the middle of my back during my warm up set of Arnold curls. Had to stop lifting.
Hard to breathe it hurts so much. Had to cancel my evening appointments as well

so nothing today either.

But, no joint issues! :lol:

Trying to slim down so Saturday went mnt biking for 2hrs enjoying the az sun.

Today ran outside, got a good 3mile run in.
No knee issues while running suprisingly.

Going to try for 5miles on Wednesday.

No knee issues while running suprisingly.

Ran 6 miles today, got some slight pain in my knee.
But that's more so from this being the first time I've ever ran more than 4 miles.

Wow! I am at 3 miles continuous running myself. I could barely run for a minute when I started around the beginning of the year. Props to you bro! How much were you averaging per mile?

Well, my first mile was 10min/m, but by the end my average had went to 14min/mile.

After mile 4 my body is wiped, an legs are just on auto pilot.

All my joints feel fine today
