I would have to say breathing , I feel that when I'm doing cardio that when I take a breath it's kind of like taking bronkaid , it opens up your air ways . Now I do take less rest periods.KILLER workout! Those last sets of 15-20 reps are no joke! Where do you think the most change has been happening in your endurance? Muscle burn or breathing?
Yeah man it's gI've definitely noticed better breathing while using anything with cordyceps. About the only thing that really winds me now are heavy deadlifts. Really glad that you've noticed the difference!

Haha. The struggle is REAL! I'm a pre addict. I admit it. I usually go to the gym at 5:30am and can't imagine doing it without stims...Leg day was great 40 min on stair master. Goooooood sweat. Even though lack of sleep had to take my wife to work at Am and NO pre....THE STRUGGLE.

Today did chest and back, good old ARNOLD STYLE.
dumbbell press-50x30 to warm up.
55x20-60x15-65x15-70x12then went back down the ladder .
Dumbbell flies -35x20-40x20-45x20-then back down the ladder.
Dumbbell rows- 60x20-65x20-70x15 75x12
Hammer strength close grip
4 sets x15-20reps.
Cable fly 5sets-15-20 reps
Machine push downs 4 sets x20 reps.
10 min cardio, had a great workout.
Normally I do cardio first due to time had to hurry n get it in.

Had a challenge today, my wife cot me to join her in boot camp class 30 min of non stop body weight and minor weight exercises and ran about 7 laps around the gym . After that did chest hams and back and man i was FINISHED. DOWN TO ABOUT 4 MORE USES OF THE CITRUVOL. so will be posting my fiNAL thoughts on this product.
