Ok took 4 caps like recomended. Didn't feel any crazy energy but it kept me moving .

Home workout: burpies-4-5 rounds with 10-15 birdies
Wide push ups:6 sets 20-30 reps
Pull ups 3 sets nutral grip 5 reps.
Clap push ups e sets of 7
Sit ups 3-4 sets of 20-40 reps.

Got a real good sweat in even though it was at home workout .

I'm in, bud. You're not going to get crazy PWO type energy from this product. I can tell you from experience, though, that it will sneak up on you and you'll find that you're doing more without realizing it!

So have taken it for a third time and I have to say I did notice that my endurance is getting better . STILL doing the HOME Workout.

Burpies 4 sets 10-15 reps
Push ups didn't even count how many sets, with different variations of pushups. Close grip , wide push ups and decline that focused on the back as well.
Pill ups over and under hand 5 reps each set felt a great pump doing under hand grip.
Sit ups 5 sets about 20-30 reps or as many as I could get in.

Squats 4 sets 2o reps
One leg squats with opposite leg on a bench . 4 sets with 10-15 reps each leg, felt a good pump on hams and gluets .
Jump squats 2 sets of 12

That was that .

That last workout looks ghastly. I hate burpees...

Doing that many, I can definitely see why you need the added endurance from Citruvol!

Got back in the gym today and man it felt good.

Did 25 min cardio then chest n back.

I do notice my endurance level is improving.

T bar rows 6 sets lol
45x20-70x15-90x15
Set after set did over hand grip and close grip.
Incline dumbbell press:60x15-70x15-75x15-70x12-65x12-60x12
Butterflys-35x20-40x15-45x12-50x12
2 sets hammer curls and reg curls 35x10
That was that .

Had a crazy leg day yesterday after a nice weekend of celebrating 6 years of being married. Will post workout.

Very true. I'd rather be sore in the glutes after leg day than in the quads. Makes walking a little easier too!

Boom 3 for one special LOL
LEG Day: Cardio 30 min treadmill
Calve raises:4 sets of 20 reps up'd the weight last 2 sets with 10pounds
In between sets did belly down leg curls -4-5 sets
Legs felt full and pumped.
Leg extensions 4-5 sets-20-15 reps
Leg curls-3 sets 15 reps
Squats -135x20x3 sets-185x2 sets of 12 reps-205x8 reps, by this time my legs were like jello.
Last was Leg press-4 sets 15-20 reps . COMPLETE!

Chest and Back-Cardio 40 min cycling bike.
lat pull downs 4-5 sets 15-20 reps.
Incline bench-5 sets of just 135 x 20x15x12x12x10. No EGO lifting lol, since ive had a few rough weeks not being able to go to the gym my strength is not where it used to be but all you can do is work hard and focus.
Dumbbell flys 30x20-35x20-40x20-45x15-50x10
Incline Dumbbell press-50x20-55x15-60x12-65x12
Dumbbell rows-60x20-x3-4 sets
Cable flys -4-5 sets 15-20 reps.

Shoulders -Triceps-Cardio 30 min stair master.
Cable side raises-3-4 sets 15-20 reps
rear delt bent over cable extensions-3-4 sets 15-20 reps
cable lat raises 3-4 sets 15-20 reps
reverse cable tricep extensions-3-4 sets 15-20 reps
Shoulder press DB-3-4 sets 12-15 reps
cable up wright rows-3-4 sets 12-15 reps Tricep push downs 2 sets 12-15 reps
That was that, I have to say my endurance is getting way better.

KILLER workout! Those last sets of 15-20 reps are no joke! Where do you think the most change has been happening in your endurance? Muscle burn or breathing?

I would have to say breathing , I feel that when I'm doing cardio that when I take a breath it's kind of like taking bronkaid , it opens up your air ways . Now I do take less rest periods.

I've definitely noticed better breathing while using anything with cordyceps. About the only thing that really winds me now are heavy deadlifts. Really glad that you've noticed the difference!

Man sorry I haven't been posting my workouts , between work and my car situation , have to change head gasket and got the motor head shaved and buying parts for the repair. Man it's rough but I have been consistent everyday i, the gym and the Citruvol delivers tremendously , great product

SQUATS 2SETS OF 135X15-185x2 sets of 10
Seated calves raises 4x45x20 reps
Leg press 6platesx20-8platesx20-10platesx15
Then did 3 more sets taking off 1 plate each set for 20 reps
Leg press caves press-225x3sets of 20
Leg extensions 4sets 20 reps each
Belly down leg curls 3 sets 15 reps each.
Despite of being so tired still got a good workout in.

Haha. The struggle is REAL! I'm a pre addict. I admit it. I usually go to the gym at 5:30am and can't imagine doing it without stims...

Phenomenal looking leg workout in spite of having no pre!

Got in the gym on this Saturday evening , had to blow off some steam, NO cardio just weights , people were staring at me lol I did chest deads lifts back , SQUATS. Leg press hack SQUATS and other leg stuff as well as a little shoulders .
