Thank you AlphaCommandr and Optimum Alpha for this opportunity to try and log your new Pre Workout called PRE WORKOUT. The reason why I wanted to try this is because of a certain ingredient Nitrosigine. I am very happy that the stimulant is very low.

The only other supplement that I will take is Antaeus Labs Achilles (which is the best product for helping my golfers elbow that I've tried so far) and fish oil.

I am actually on Day 3 Optimum Alpha PRE WORKOUT, but didn't get a chance to start this log until now. I'll provide update later today. Today's workout is arms which Optimum Alpha PRE WORKOUT should compliment very nicely.

Took 2 generous scoops 30 mins before workout.

Comments: Taste is not so good, but that's ok because the PUMP is worth it. Today was arm day. My arms feels like they are about to explode in a comfortably euphoric way. I am beginning to understand why Arnold said great pump was like sex. The way I did my arms was Bicep exercise and then next set would be tricep and back and forth.

Comments: I don't feel much energy or focus, but I do feel the ferocious pump. Pretty much almost my entire upper body was pumped. Some parts more than other

Comments: Nothing to say other than that I am pumpaholic. I have plenty veins on my forearm that runs vertical meaning same way as my arm and finally started to see the first visible signs of horizontal forearm veins. I gave my buddy 2 scoops and he kept saying "holy shiet, I can't believe how pumped I feel", which means 2 less scoops for me.

Comments: Another great pumped workout. today was whatever I wanted to work on so I concentrate on rear delts. My delts, shoulders and traps felt like there were extra meat growing because of how pumped it felt.

comments; Deadlift day is my favorite workout day. I am so glad that I have never felt the dreaded back pumps. I used to get bad shin pumps from creatine roughly 15 years ago that I now think was spiked with PH.

2 generous scoops 30 mins before workout. I think my 2 generous scoops are more like 3 scoops because I have about 1 more workout left until bottle is empty.

comments: I am still loving the pumps, but I only feel energy/focus if I take at least 2.5 scoops. My chest has grown/more defined ever since I started lowering the weights and increasing the reps.

Final Review

Dosage: 10/10. Super easy to take 2 generous scoops 30 mins prior to workout.

Effectiveness: 7/10. I don't get much energy, but I do get great pumps.

Taste: 7/10. Doesn't taste like something that I would casually sip on. Every time I consume, I simply chug. Kinda chalky.

Mix-ability: 9/10. Easily mix with spoon, but if you don't drink right away then some powder that doesn't dissolve will settle on bottom of cup.

Value: 7/10. Amazon has it for $35.01. Since I take 2 generous scoops, this leaves me with 13 workouts. Which is about $2.69 per serving. At 2 scoops, it comes out to $2.34 per serving. At 1 scoop, it comes out to $1.17 per serving.

Overall 8/10. I would love this product if it was slightly cheaper. I enjoyed the pumps which were amazing. The reason why I gave such a high rating is because I was able to accomplish a goal that I started in Oct which was to gain 10lbs in 3 months. Oct weight was 148ish. Starting Dec I weighed about 155ish. The last few days I weighed in between 160-162lbs and maintained 15ish% BF. I feel that I worked out harder due to the fact that my pumps were so wonderful which this product contributed.

One last comment is that if I my tub didn't have a label and I had no idea what I was taking, I would have rated this 9/10 and would have thought this was solely a pump product and NOT for energy or focus.
