Boom here we go! So I only used one sample packet to see if this was a one scooper like the previous formula.

Mixability- was great no floating of powder .
Taste was very good - to me tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher and wish I could sip it all day lol
Effectiveness-10- kicked in withing 15 min .Absolutely no jitters or crash .

Now in the past I did take two scoops and it was crazy! Never again. This is a one scooper for me.

Trained full body , started with back.
Lat pull downs 5sets x 15-20 reps not heavy weight just to where I could feel the contraction .
Dumbbell rows - 65x20 -70x15-80x12-85x10
Chest- Dumbbell press incline - 55x20-60x15-70x15-80x8
Dumbbell flys - 35x20-40x20-45x15-50x10
Shoulder press-55x15-60x12-65x12-55x12
Front raises -20x20-25x12-30x10
Ez bar from raise 40x2 sets of 15-50x2 sets of 12
Curls -30x15-35x12-40x10
Tricep extensions-50x20-60x12-65x10-55x10

Calve press 225 x2 sets till failure-
Squats-135x20-185x2 sets of 12-205x2 sets of 10-225x2 sets of 10

Boom did some cardio -20 min cycling -then got home took daughters out to tennis court by the apartment and ran some laps with her then lunges and squats and burpies

This HMXT is good stuff .
