I'm 38 years young standing all of 5'8 200 lbs. I am looking to recomp more than bulk up. I am trying to keep up with my jiu Jitsu and still maintain my strength in the weight room. I want to stay around 200 as it's the high end of my weight class.
I'm looking for recommendations on how to use this stack more for a recomp then a bulk I guess. Any suggestions are appreciated.
My products are on their way.
And if there are better stacks for my goals I am interested in hearing those options as well.
