I've been reading into it a bit might give it a go soon. Little update I hit the gym 9/6 need to post that workout. I demolished legs again and some traps. My traps are like non existent right now and I need to get them back.I hadn't trained that style before. I recommend trying some opposing muscle groups sessions poliquin style. Slow the tempo down.

I do crossfit and today's metcon included 108 goblet squats with a 60# kettlebell...my quads are cryingGoblets hit a different angle for sure. Seldom see people doing them any more. Great for mobility too!
