First I want to start out by saying thanks to Marms and Focused Nutrition for letting me log this product. So some info about the run. I will be running the product at one dose every morning. Each pill is 25mgs og ostra each which is awesome and easy at only one pill a day. I am running a strength based lifting program on the big four lifts with a deload every 7th week. Lifts go up after every 3 weeks. I am running a carb cycle diet along with this. Also since I lift 4 days a weeks I will have some type of hiit cardio after lifting and liss cardio on non lifting days. I will take some days off depending on how my body feels.

forgot to mention that each pill is enough for one dose and the product contains 90 pills. so this product could be ran for 90 days. i will start out for a 6 to 8 week run and go from there with how i feel.
whenever i do decide to end the run i will be using Clomid @50 mg per day and DAA at 3g a day for PCT plus a couple other products just to get everything back up and running again.

So the past week and a half has been crazy. So.last week I was underway but got five decent body weight and dB hiit workouts in since I didn't have access to a gym. Then got home Friday night amd had to head out of town for family stuff.

got a little bit of cardio in once getting to work. we went through a deck of cards workout then two games of 5 on 5 basket ball.

seems good so far nothing to report on sides or anything over the top just yet.
Cool. I ran it at a lower dosage earlier in the year and noticed it really bumped up my endurance after a couple of weeks.

Today was cardio day. So got some basketball games in once I made it to work for about hour amd a half. Then one mile run after I got home

still been dosing two caps each morning. body seems to heat up a bit about a hour after dosing and sweating start more easily. will be getting about hour and half of some kind of cardio day since its sports day at work for the workout. so that will be a nice change of pace after working 50 hours straight. will be heading out of town again this weekend for the week so i will be looking over google to find a local gym to get to or it will be lifting rocks again.

so i have finished up the log and i have to say it was a great run. i did happen to miss some days in the gym due to family issues but when i did make it back in the gym i still was able to maintain strenght gains. i didnt notice any kind of sides during the run, so all in all it was a good time.

i only ran the ostra that high the last two or three weeks. and will be running clomid and another over the counter pct for it
