Finally my Cannibal Ferox arrived. I want to thank Pyrobatt and Wayne for letting me try this supp.


Day 1


Today I mixed one full scoop in 9 oz of water. Mixability was great - nearly zero residues. Watermelon flavor was also nice, slightly sour. Interestingly, it was white.





In about 20-30 minutes Cannibal Ferox kicked in and f#ck, it was amazing. Focus & energy were on top. I've tried pwo with 500mg of caffeine in it and sometimes that made my heart beat too fast, but not this one. I was clean, my mind was clear. TBH these effects didn't last throughout my workout. I could feel the effect for the first 45 minutes of training, but after that energy levels subsided. As for pumps - pretty good, but sometimes they became weaker. Overall workout was great. Endurance was nice and at the end of my workout, I ran on treadmill longer.

I've heard the old version tasted horrible :D
It did but the effects were there. New flavoring is on point! Oh and subbed! Glad you finally got it brother!

Day 2

Today I did arms. Focus & energy were again amazing. Pumps were strong. I stacked it with hemavo2 max, but TBH pumps didn't improve much. Cannibal Ferox is enough alone

French press
Close-grip bench press
Straight-bar pushdown
DB Kickback
Barbell curls
Preacher curls
Dumbbell curls
Hammer curls
Reverse curls
Cable Curls


Leg Press
Seated leg curls



Decline Crunches
Incline bench leg pull-in & scissor kicks

Knee Raise

Treadmill ~15min. (2 miles)


This is what I did. Used 28 method as finishers. I've noticed, that endurance has much improved.

Day 3

Today was my chest day. Again focus & energy were on top. I didn't sleep well last night, but this thing fueled my workout very well. I wanted to hit a new PR on bench press, but couldn't. Hope I'll do it next week. What I've noticed is that I'm running longer distance on treadmill. I'm using elevation training mask and overall cardio workouts seem improved. Will post my workout routine slightly later.

Day 4

Back Day. Another heaping scoop of cannibal ferox & another awesome day.

This is how my back day looks like. Everything done in 6 sets with 10-20 reps


Front Pull-down
Straight-arm pull-down
T bar rows
Wide Grip Seated Rows
Bent-over DB Rows
Seated Machine Rows
Close-Grip Pull-down
Deadlifts
Shrugs

Barbell curls
Preacher curls
Dumbbell curls
Hammer curls

Hanging Crunches

Treadmill (20 minutes 3 miles)



Workout was amazing. Endurance was great, great pumps and good amount of energy, but in an hour this energy rush fades off. NO CRASH. It's strange, but I slept very well.

Day 5

Today was ARMS DAY. Used Jay Cutler's routine from Living Large. Pumps were amazing. I stacked 1 scoop of it with Hemavo2 max and both, focus & pumps were improved. I even used 28 method from MP as finishers. CF boost my endurance pretty much. Using training mask, I improved my running distance.

Day 6 & 7

I couldn't update this log, so here we are. 5 & 6 were chest/triceps & Back/biceps days.. As always focus & energy were off the charts. on back day I stacked it with Noopump. I just couldn't reach my earbuds so pumped I was. On treadmill I did 6 km.

Day 8

Did arms. As always focus &energy were amazing. Pumps - strong. Did bb curls with 145 lbs x 6 & db curls with 53 lbs each. Used 28 method with 20 lbs DB curls as my finishers and could hardly touch my headphones.

Day 9

Chest & triceps day. Used full scoop and hit new PR on rope pushdown (160 lbs). Pumps were strong. Bench press is currently my weakest side, but trying to work it out. Also did 35 lbs DB kickback 6 times. Overall workout was great.

Days 10 & 11

Day 10 was back/biceps day. Solid workout. Hit 245 lbs on lat pulldown & 145 lbs bb curls. Pumps, as always, were great. On cable rows now I have new PR - 300 lbs x 4.

Did 220 lbs on incline bench press & 265 lbs on flat bench (x6) & 65 lbs db shoulder press.

Today was my back day. As always laser focus and great energy.


Front Pull-down - 120 kg
Straight-arm pull-down - 25 kg
T bar rows - 60 kg
Wide Grip Seated Rows - 120 kg
Bent-over DB Rows - 25 kg each
Seated Machine Rows - 75 kg
Close-Grip Pull-down - 90 kg
Deadlifts - 150 kg
Shrugs - 80 kg

Days 14

Arms day. As always had an awesome workout. Unbelievable for me, but I hit new PR on BB curls - 70 kg x 4. I could hardly move my arms after that, but still did DB curls with 25 kg each :D Man I love pumps from cannibal ferox.

Day 15

Did chest today. Had an awesome workout. Hit 270 lbs on bench press. Muscles seemed fuller (added MAN Noopump) and endurance was as always great. Everything else (weights) were the same.

Day 16 & 17

Day 16 was my back day. As always great workout. Did 120 kg lat pulldown & 120 kg cable rows. As always pumps were massive. Used loiwer back machine for the first time and loved it. Overall I had a pretty pumpy workout.
On day 17 I did ARMS. Used 28 method from MP




Did everything with very low weights. Workout was amazing. I was sweating a lot and pumps were on top. Highly suggest trying this.

Did chest today. Nothing interesting. Did low weights more reps. Gave one scoop to my friend, he'll try it on next workout. Interesting to see how will he respond to this supp.

I'm sorry to hear that. My wife and I had to rush our cats to the emergency vet plenty of times.

My poor Manx tore his rabbit like tendons.

That's pity. After surgery daisy hated everyone except me. Now he only eats from my hand.

Same exact markings as my cat almost.

Mines got a permaswole tub by it because he's forever bulking.

He's fine now. Poor thing was in a cast for a few weeks.

Not yet. I'm getting it In october.
I think AMP works better for me then dmaa. I have only tried 3 scoops of jack'd up (w. dmaa) several times, but felt nothing, except for massive joint pain.

Day 20

My friend finally tried it. He liked it very much. I noticed, that he started talking more and was overall more active :D I also had a great workout. I stacked 1 scoop of cannibal ferox with 1 scoop of pump-hd (new). Workout was amazing. Amazing pumps, laser focus. I think these two stack very, very well.

Days 22 & 23


Just half serving's left. What can I say? Awesome workout, done with low weights, high reps. Did lat pullups 25 times and had a massive back pumps :D Also did arms by 28 method. I did notice, that endurance was great on treadmill. Will post my final thoughts and reviews on my next workout.

This is the end guys. I want to thank CNP team, pyrobatt, wayne thank you guys. Before trying this, I was very, very interested in this pre.



Energy & focus - 10/10??? Energy levels are very high. Ferox kicks in 30-40 minutes. Focus is awesome. Although it contains 450 mg of caffeine, I've never experienced any jitters or crash.

Pumps - 8.75/10 Solid pumps. I've stacked it with noopump & the new pump-hd and pump were 10/10, but alone, pumps are slightly less.

Endurance - 9.5/10 Endurance was great. Especially I noticed an improvement in my cardio workout. It improved my running distance very much.

Overall I love this pwo. I am really happy that I've tried it.
