I just got these in the mail today thanks to Chuck Diesel. I'll be starting them today and I will post each workout that I use the tabs before. I am currently on EC and a fairly low carb cut, the EC hasn't helped with energy lately so it won't hinder my ability to judge this pre workout. It will be easy to tell if it helps improve my workouts as I have no energy anymore. Lol

Most pre workouts also kill my stomach so I'm hoping this tab version will not do that. I will post back later with tonight's workout and how the pre workout is.

I took 3 tabs about 30 minutes before my workout. It was legs so it takes a lot to motivate me for that. Lol all I really noticed was a slight increase in mood and I felt a little more awake. It was smooth feeling though and I definitely didn't feel sick or have any stomach troubles. I'm gonna try 5 pre workout tomorrow and see what happens, I tend to do the maximum dosage on most things, especially pre workouts. I am pretty stim tolerant.

I took 5 tabs pre workout tonight. I felt pretty good at first but towards the end I started getting tired and I started feeling pretty sick. I think maybe too many stims today, but I was feeling a little sick before I left to workout. I'm only taking two doses of EC on days I use the pre workout so I don't really think I'm over doing it. I was also pretty exhausted towards the end but that's probably because I've had less than 20 carbs so far today. Lol
