Dosing protocol: Labels states up to 4 servings per day. I think I will dose either 2-3 servings on workout days only.


About Me:
Training Hard for 10+ years
Bodyfat around 8% weight 175 pounds
I will be training for size and strength
Training will consist of 3 weight sessions per week, legs, push, and pull
2 sprint intervals a week

Current:
Focus will be on improving bench
Current Bench 265 x 3-5

Lol no. Nothing against you, but I hate it when people take your phone and say stuff and say they got hacked.. I've hacked in the past, not saying I do now because of legal reasons lol and it is an insult to us out there that bust our ass to hack into ****. Remember last time a friend and me SQL injected a site and got in and redirected this kiddy site to porn.

To be honest I typically design my own macro, meso, and microcycles.
My plan to increase my bench is by manipulating these variables:
Increase focus on the lift reducing volume etc of other lifts
Reducing total volume while increasing intensity,been training high v moderate intensity
Utilizing a conjugate system of hierarchy of exercise selection
Improving relative lifts
Utilizing the maximal strength, repetition, and stimulation methods mainly

Now I good squat (pr 595) but my bench sucks (pr315) Never went for a pr in dead lift ??

all depends on muscle insertions and biomechanical measurements and fiber type and neural drive and...well you get the picture !

Just took first dose of Growth Factor, Im not looking to destroy my estro levels which is why I like the only 20 mg of armistane. Before getting selected for this I was looking into BPS elmistane which has 75mg in it, Id probably have to take half of that especially with the e cottoni.

Here is what today's workout should look like:
Im going to utilize the repetition-serial method for the next 4 weeks:

High Step UP:
Utilizing 80-90% RM Pyramiding UP
3 sets with 3 minute rest between each set
Rest 6 minutes (do my ab work here not ultra intense as to allow full recovery)
Repeat 3 times total

First Series will be performing the reps slow
second with moderate tempo
third with fast tempo



Easier template
3 sets 3 minutes rest between sets
6 minute rest between series
Repeat 3 times

Then I'll get into some front squats or leg press depending how crowded the joint is:
Same temp slow, moderate, and fast obviously weight will be changed accordingly

Finish with some ham curls for injury prevention

I am just the opposite of most people when I was 12 years old and got my Blue Plastic Coated 110lbs weight set, I took some 2x4's and built a squat rack for about the first year I lifted all I did was squat. A little later in lift I saw a picture of Tom Platz and it was game on. I am 5'5" and built for this movement. Some where around 30 years old I hit my PR of 595 that was 25 years ago. Now I need a knee replacement and 225lbs is heavy. Going to the Dr. today and discuss the surgery.

I have chicken legs thats why i cant squat!:) But nice workout braskibra

thats rough, squatting deep can def expedite the process of OA, the external moment at the knee is much greater as knee flexion increases even when taking into consideration the RM differential from 90 and above and below 90. With that said cant be scared to get after it.

I made one adjustment to the workout above.
The rack was taken and plus I figured I've been doing a lot of work in the sagittal plane so I wanted to get some frontal plane work in as well so I substituted the front squat for a barbell side lunge.

My legs were pretty fried from doing high step ups especially in series. If you havent done high step ups I highly recommend them, be careful with pinching your hips tho!

Alright today was a push day for me:

Again I utilized the repeat-serial method going with

Bench Press:
255 x5 x 3 sets with 3-5 minutes between each set
Rested approx 6 minutes where I did two sets of very moderate intensity abs as to not inhibit recovery

Repeated this series 3 times

I was a little high on prilepins chart as far as reps but when working in series is a little different, we ll see how it pans out in the next couple weeks

I also worked some concentric only presses on the hammer strength from a dead stop

From there I hit my accessory lifts

JM/Skull crushers: 45 on a curl bar x 4 sets x 6 reps

Tri pushdown: 4 sets x 5 reps

Lateral raise: 35s x 8, 40 x 6, x 6, x 6


Overall pretty good session hit some core at the end overall feel good

Postworkout was some good ol egg substitutes



and btw i took growth factor 1 serving pre workout approx 1 hour

I think two doses will work good for you. Also you dont DL on your pull days? or do you deadlift on leg day?

No you are right, i would do them on the pull day. That being said, I've witnessed too many injuries with the d/l so I personally only do them from a 2 inch block or so. Just my personal preference

I'm literally so sore, my arms were getting sore like 2 hours post. I almost forgot, but in my experience the doms from Ara are pretty substantial.

Given that a full run at 4 servings a day would cost $320, even with 40% off, how are you guys that are running this going to dose it if youre not getting sent the product for free?

2 servings a day is still 3 and a bit bottles

I don't understand the question, regardless of if its free or not I'd run it the way I'm doing it now. I don't like blowing my estrogen into smithereens (see Abe's log if u wanna see that) . Speaking in terms of bro science I think spreading it out every other day or 3 days a week or lifting days only is enough. I have some physical signs my e has dropped and I dosed 3 days last week. If anything I would add some Ara in with it.
