    What's up AM members!!! Today was my first day of this journey to shred!

    Started with 1 cap and one serving of Myokem Nitramine drove to the gym .

    BACK DAY with some Bicep Action!
    3 Sets of underhand grip pull ups 5-8 reps
    Hammer strength Lat Pull downs 90lbs x 20-140lbs for 20 reps set 3 160 x 15
    then back down to 140 for 12 reps-then back to 90 for slow reps about 20.
    Tbar rows: 45x20-70x20-80x15-(Thought out these sets my back was full of blood the PUMP was great and felt focused.
    Cable machine Lat pull downs : set 1: 90x20-Set 2 110x20- Set 3 130x15-Set 4 140x12.
    Switched to reverse grip with curve bar and did 90x20-120x15-130x12-140x12
    Sitting Cable row 90x20-110x15-120x12-130x12
    Bent Over Dumbbell rows 55x15-60x15-65x12-70x10 (since i sliced my left index finger with a blender rod just got stitches out and doing the heavy setput pressure on the finger causing me to lose grip).
    Close grip cable machine pull down: 90x20-120x15-130x12-140x12
    Seated curls with the back of bench in decline to about 60degree 25x20-30x15-35x15-40x8
    Bent over inward hammer curl 30x12-35x2 sets of 12
    Standing hammer curl-35x12-40x12x2sets
    Ez-bar curls 70x10-x2 sets
    Hammer strength preacher curls- 35x20-50x20-60x15
    Cardio was 20 min Stair Master .....That did that for the first workout on this new product.

    Over all felt clean energy for the most part throughout the workout and kept me pushing even though i had a Late night session with the WIFEY LOL
    Post creatine then Post shake 2 scoops Protein and Meal was 3 eggs on whole grain wheat toast ...
    Lunch will be another Pill directed to taking twice a day then Shake . Dinner will be 1 cup rice and curried ground beef.

    I am so thankful for this Opportunity to log this product and will follow through and go to the fullest.

    Guys I think this is a solid product I was weighing 206 yesterday after I did shoulders and abs 203 !!!

    Started with Dumbbell lat raises 20x20reps
    25x15
    20x15
    30x10
    Then front raises with DBs- 30x15
    25x20-30x15-35x10
    Dumbbell press 40x15-50x15-55x12-45x15
    Ez bar front raises for that trap action lol says the hodge twins- -65x12-70x12-80x12
    Cable with straight bar upright row 50x15-60x15-70x12
    Hammer strength behind the neck shoulder press 50x12 super light 90x12-70 each side single arm for 12 reps
    My shoulders felt so pumped ....
    Machine shoulder press 70x12-80x12-110x12
    Abs roman leg raise station 3sets 25 reps
    With dips in between
    An crunch machine with 90lbs 25 reps 110x25-
    Core twist 90x30reps 110x30 repeat set
    Last 7 min treadmill had to cut it short ...children's corner had to pick up my minions lol
    Post creatine Pband j and 2scoops protein I skipped breakfast had a late start ...before work had 1 pill and protein shake dinner will be noodles and meatballs ....and shake before bed ....seems like 2 pills get it going faster .

    Uhhhh lol see I don't really count calories. Most of the food I eat is cooked not out of a box but I will try to figure it out I've never really counted calories just eat by portions I'm not eating as much as I normally do if I had to guess I know I'm not eating 2000 cal

    Thanks ... I def can feel it burning my core and doesn't have a jittery effect .and controls hunger ..when I'm working at work I don't think of food till 630pm from starting my shift at 3pm

    Went to the new L.A Fitness and trained legs in the afternoon. I kind of fasted today durring the morning and after noon. Was super busy had to take my 8 year old to her exam at school.

    Took one pill in the morning then had 2 scoops protein and coffee.
    Noon time had a PBJ

    SMASH TIME: Started with Hack squats : 135 x 20-185x15-225x12-275x10
    Leg press 4 cookies x 20-
    5cookies for 15
    6cookies for 12
    6cookies and 50x12 and finished with 3cookies and 10reps
    then 225 x20 calve presson leg press machine for 3 sets
    Hammer calve raises 45x3 sets of slow reps of 20
    Leg curls50x20-60x20-70X15
    Hammer strength Leg extencion single legged _50x25-60x20-70x15-80x20
    Laying leg extentions reverse on stomach or what ever that machine is 50x20-60x20-70x12-80x12
    Squats LEGS WEREDEMOLISHED AND SHAKING lol
    135x2sets of 15-185x2 sets of 12
    That was it ..Post shake creatine and rice with 2 very small left over slivers of beefsteak....WAS SO HUNGRY then went with family for erev shabbat service at friends house ...LEGS ARE feeling good....Thats that

    Nice, I usually keep my squats at the beginning of the workout, must have had a nice pump in them.

    Notice any excess sweating? That seems to be the #1 thing people notice with Pyroxamine, even more so than energy. Another thing to look out for, have you noticed any nose dripping? I get that pretty bad with it lol

    WOW DUDE ... I sweat like crazy and yes my nose drips . is that a bad thing?

    Depends on what you like, Hulkish is known to have ridiculously high volume workouts, and it works for him lol. High volume is def more fun

    thanks clippy, I do like mass volume on certain muscle groups but i always keep in mind more is not always better. chest is one area i try to crush but everything else I tend to keep to 25-35 sets

    8-10 reps
    With reverse grip as well .
    Hammer strength sitting lat pulls 90x20-185x15-200x12 in between set did close grip same weight and reps.
    Hammer strength lat pull downs 90x20-185x15-200x12
    Cable machine lat pull down-90x20-110x20-120x15-130x12-
    Reverse grip same weight and reps
    Close grip bent over rows 60x20-70x15-80x15
    Close grip cable pull down same weight and reps as cable lats
    Single arm cable row 60x20-70x15-80x12
    Seated row close grip 90x 3 sets of 15
    Dumbbell curls 30x20-35x12-40x10-
    Hammer curls 30x15-35x12-40x12
    30 min on matrix machine kind of like elliptical but more intense ...510 cal burned ....then finished with abs... Post creatine 3 eggs and ceareal prob 350-400 cal ....
    Seems like I stay at 205 lol but I feel stronger and more toned ...that's it for today.

    Well I love the energy and focus I can tell it is working getting lean and belly getting down ....I feel healthier and have more energy during the day...but my weight is 205 I have not weighed myself today I won't until monday
