whats up AM,

I want to thank CL for letting me try their cotton candy purple wraath.

Background:
Im a former pro euro basketball player who has recently turned to bodybuilding and powerlifting. i have been doing powerlifting for the past two years but have recently stopped because of ankle/knee issues from basketball.

Training: I was doing 5/3/1 for a long time then switched over to a coach for power lifting. since i have stopped i have been doing layne norton's PHAT and Marc Lobliner's split he gave me a while back. I'm currently running Marc's split and i love it. My strength has been pretty good, not powerlifting good but endurance and high volume good.

Im on my way to the gym now, then have a few errands. I will post up the split and some pics of purple wraath.

Supplements: I've tried damn near everything but never Purple Wraath I'm expecting big things for the endurance. Im currently using Amino IV from PES along with Gatorade at the moment. I will be purchasing glycofuse to add in some intra carbs. I referee basketball as a second job and i haven't had a lot of energy for the gym. this week i have moved my carbs around my workout and i have noticed a difference almost instantly. nothing heavy just some rice cakes and gatorade for now.

Ill report back either on my phone or later in the day and then post my workout up . Im doing a pull workout today, some rows for the hoes etc. chris jones style !

Thanks guys my bench has dropped drastically I did something to my right pec but I'm too stubborn to go to the doctors. I've been staying at a lower weight to rest it, still do some flat bench though.

I just choke down a scoop of PW, Green mag, and whatever prewo and shoot it with maybe 6oz. The rest I enjoy/sip intra

Legs- switched it up a bit and shocked the body

Squats 225 ....200 reps it took about 40 minutes with rest.
jumping squats with db 70s 50 reps
jumping standing lunges 30lbs 5 sets of 10
hack squat machine 3 movements 5 reps each. 15 reps each set for 3 sets

absolutely killed it....took 1.5 hours to complete and i could barely move yesterday.

So I started out doing shoulders and ended up finishing with chest and biceps lol. There was so many ppl in the gym it was crazy.

Lateral raises
20,25,30- 12,10,8 then 30,25,20 until failure for each weight

Reverse pec dec
Pyramid 75,90,105- 12,10,8 then drop set in reverse until failure

Incline barbell press
135,185 4014 tempo the burn was real , 8 reps for each weight- this was killer for me

Dips 5 sets to failure (highest set was 25 then downhill from there)

Cable crossovers 20,40,60,80 -15,12,10,8 the reverse drop set until 20 lbs

Bicep c.e.p training incline curls from Ben pak mi40 extreme pyramid up from 20-35 lbs then drop set with 30 second hold for each weight

Walked in the gym flucked shyt up and left !

That tempo has to suck on incline haha good work

it looks like bi*ch weight but when you hold it at the bottom it burns so much, i probably wont be doing that again this week.

ran stadium stairs and reefed 5 games today my legs are shot, took one scoop running stadium stairs and 1 scoop later in the day while reffing. it hit the spot but my legs are like jello still i can barely walk up the stairs in my house.

Workout overall was 9 my endurance is definitely better with wraath. I feel like I go into another gear on my last sets which I usually would have lactic acid built up. I think the wraath is buffering it a lot. I still get sore but the pain is cut in half now.

my triceps were on fire after this was finished. I dosed two scoops which seems to be the sweet spot. i used another additive for pre, noxygen. i think the noxygen and norvaline in the pw gave me a serious pump.

Dosed two scoops intra instead of 1 pre and 1 intra. i had a huge pump after one arm db rows. this product has not failed me even when my muscles have lolol. 40 seconds of resistance is no joke i like this style of training for sure. i have about 5-6 workouts left at the 2 scoop dosage so i will try to finish this log by the end of the week if possible. i am going to be picking up a tub of this because i like the profile and i want to finish mi40 workout program with this as well.

Well guys today is my last day with cotton candy it was a good run and I'll be getting more when I have the extra funds. I'm in the market for a new car so I'm pinching pennies right now. Overall purple wraath will be in my top 3 amino iv intrabolic and purple wraath.

Training fasted it's great and provides a good amount of energy

Not training fasted the pumps are great and my endurance has stayed up while I have started my cut which is always good. I've been on a stim break so I know purple wraath is the real deal. That's how I usually gauge bcaas if I can use it during a stim break fasted and I'm not dying at the end if my workout then it's legit to me it served it's purpose.
