I want to thank CL for letting me try their cotton candy purple wraath.
Background:
Im a former pro euro basketball player who has recently turned to bodybuilding and powerlifting. i have been doing powerlifting for the past two years but have recently stopped because of ankle/knee issues from basketball.
Training: I was doing 5/3/1 for a long time then switched over to a coach for power lifting. since i have stopped i have been doing layne norton's PHAT and Marc Lobliner's split he gave me a while back. I'm currently running Marc's split and i love it. My strength has been pretty good, not powerlifting good but endurance and high volume good.
Im on my way to the gym now, then have a few errands. I will post up the split and some pics of purple wraath.
Supplements: I've tried damn near everything but never Purple Wraath I'm expecting big things for the endurance. Im currently using Amino IV from PES along with Gatorade at the moment. I will be purchasing glycofuse to add in some intra carbs. I referee basketball as a second job and i haven't had a lot of energy for the gym. this week i have moved my carbs around my workout and i have noticed a difference almost instantly. nothing heavy just some rice cakes and gatorade for now.
Ill report back either on my phone or later in the day and then post my workout up . Im doing a pull workout today, some rows for the hoes etc. chris jones style !
