Alrighty I am going to be logging Molecular Nutrition's Peak Beta plus. Thank you to molecular nutrtition for this great opportunity. Little bit of a background on me. I am 26, I currently weigh 188 and am looking to cut down to 180 while maintaining my lean muscle mass. I am looking to compete in a physique competition this summer. I do a split routine workout. Day one is back and biceps. Day 2 is chest and triceps. Day 3 is shoulders and legs, I then repeat. I workout 4-5 days a week. I usually take off Wednesdays and Sundays. I am going to take 1 serving of Peak Beta + about 30 minutes before each workout for the first week to see how it is by itself. I am not going to use any other preworkout for the first week. Then maybe add just caffeine for a couple weeks.

Here is my workout from today:
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(275lbs), 10(315lbs), 8(355lbs)
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(165lbs), 10(175lbs), 8(185lbs)
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(35 lbs), 10(37.5 lbs), 8(40 lbs)
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(90lbs),10(100lbs), 8(110lbs)
Hammer Curls with Iforce grips: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs)
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(75lbs)
Pullups to failure to finish off: 16

I felt great in the gym today. My energy and endurance were great. I have built up a pretty strong tolerance to stimulants so it is nice to have a non-stim work for me. I felt a good pump today. Not to intense of a pump where I couldn't move, but enough to fill up my muscles nicely. Really looking forward to the next few weeks.

I hit the gym on Monday and here is the workout:
Flat Bench Press: 3 sets of 12(210lb), 10(215lb), 8(245lb)
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(190), 10(200), 8(210)
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80)
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(80), 10(85), 8(90)
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80)
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(65), 8(70)
Dips to failure: 16

My endurance felt great. I feel the peak beta + really helps with endurance compared to stimulant based pre workouts. I feel stronger and able to get through sets easier. I also love the pump I am getting!

Wednesday I worked out shoulders and legs and these are usually my weak spots. I felt very strong and was able to get through my workout much easier than before. I am still taking the peak beta+ 30 minutes before my workout. I am taking 4 capsules. My muscles feel much more full on this supplement so far. I look more dense during my workouts and have already received a few compliments. I am loving this stuff so far. Next week I may add some caffeine to see its effect combined.
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(85lbs), 10(90lbs), 8(95lbs)
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(145), 10(155), 8(160)
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(60), 10(65), 8(70)
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45)
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (320), 10(340), 8(360)
Squats: 3 sets of 12(275), 10(315), 8(335)
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(165), 10(170), 8(175)
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180)
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(165), 10(175), 8(185)

Amazing to hear you are already getting the desired results. Peak Beta+ is no slouch, it tends to highly impress even skeptics of stim free pre workout formulas.

Ok I have worked out 3 times this week. I still haven't introduced caffeine into the mix, but I will be this coming week to see how the effect is with Peakbeta+. I have been having great workouts. I feel my endurance has been increased and my drive and focus have been excellent. My energy level is good, obviously not like a strong stim supplement where I get that burst of energy then crash, but nice and steady without any highs or lows. I have been lifting more weight in the gym this past week.
Here is Monday's workout:
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(265lbs), 10(305lbs), 8(345lbs) up 10 lbs since last week on each set.
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(155lbs), 10(165lbs), 8(175lbs) same as last week
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(32.5 lbs), 10(35 lbs), 8(37.5 lbs) Same as last week
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(95lbs),10(105lbs), 8(115lbs) up 5 each set from last week
Hammer Curls with Iforce grips: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs) same as last week
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(75lbs) same ask last week
Pullups to failure to finish off: 16 same as last week

I stack mine w Accelerant most days, if not a stimmed preWO powder. Im a bit of a stim addict when it comes to right before lifting, so I really look forward to your thoughts on Peak Beta+ with caffeine alongside it.

I had to take a couple days off the gym due to an illness but hit the gym today and had a great workout. I added caffeine along with the PeakBeta+ and it went very well. I didnt use another pre-workout, just a straight caffeine packet. It obviously gave me more kick, but I still had the great endurance that peak beta+ has been giving me, even after being sick for a couple days. All the weight was pretty much the same as last week, which I think is pretty good for feeling sick and weak the past few days.
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(265lbs), 10(305lbs), 8(345lbs)
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(155lbs), 10(165lbs), 8(175lbs)
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(32.5 lbs), 10(35 lbs), 8(37.5 lbs)

Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(75lbs)
Pullups to failure to finish off: 15

Glad to hear you're feeling better. I often stack Accelerant with Peak Beta+ as my stim of choice. A stim kick on top of PB+ takes it up even a notch further!

I have continued to mix peakbeta+ with caffeine and have seen excellent results. I feel my endurance increasing. So far in the few weeks of starting this I have seen some strength gains as well. I feel as if after my workout, I could continue on doing more. I will post up the past 3 workouts I have done shortly, but so far I am loving this stuff!

Great feedback, I too always use it with a stim. I cannot wait for our new stimmed and powdered preWO that will hit shelves later this year... it will turn heads and blow minds!

here is Mondays workout. I saw some nice increases in weight. I feel my endurance is great. I have relied on a lot of stims to get me going in the past, but by using peakbeta+ I haven't had to. I have added caffeine but no where near the amount I would have used before.
Flat Bench Press: 3 sets of 12(220lb), 10(225lb), 8(250lb) up 5lbs each set except the last set from last week
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(195), 10(205), 8(215) Up 5 each set
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(75), 10(80), 8(85) Same
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(80), 10(85), 8(90) Same
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(75), 10(80), 8(85) Same
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(65), 8(70) same
Dips to failure: 17 same

Haven't posted in a few days but everything has been going great on this stuff. My endurance is up and I don't feel that crash like I feel on stimulant preworkouts. I will definately add this to my regimine. I have been seeing steady increases in my strength as well. I attribute this to the endurance that peak beta+ provides and the creatinol-phosphate. I just got back from the gym where I did back and biceps.
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(275lbs), 10(315lbs), 8(355lbs) up 10lbs each set (Most I have ever done for reps!)
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(165lbs), 10(175lbs), 8(185lbs) up 10 each set
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(32.5 lbs), 10(35 lbs), 8(37.5 lbs) same
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(100lbs),10(110lbs), 8(120lbs) up 5lbs each set
Hammer Curls with Iforce grips: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs) same
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(75lbs) same
Pullups to failure to finish off: 16 (up 1)

Great work, NP should probably have their current free PB+ with X-Factor stacks through about June. So plenty of time to stack up!
